The process started with the meeting and briefing of the two big group companies, Kalyon Group and Kolin Group managers and Babel creative team. By listening to us, they understood our industry, the goals of our brand, the details of our work, our vision and the expectations of our managers.
After these meetings, they first designed charcoal logo and icon samples for us. They detailed and delivered a new logo / icon, a new slogan and a new corporate identity based on the approach we liked.

Working directly with managing partners has enabled us to get fast results and to raise expectations to the highest level. Mr.Murat Bilir, the co-founder of the company, also designed a wonderful icon for us as the creative director of the company. Subsequently, powerful Babel creative teams patiently designed a detailed corporate identity for us.

In the week when our logo and corporate identity were designed, our port was opened. All the guests who came to the opening event we organized said that they liked our logo and images.

They prepared us a detailed 1-month business plan and quickly put it into practice. During this process, they held progress meetings with us every week.

They have done a very stylish job that our customers praised. Our website just blows our competitors out the water. It's so much easier to navigate than before and is just a cut above the rest. If I went back in time I would definitely choose Babel again, I just wouldn't bother with anyone else. The team at Babel Digital are very friendly, very responsive and they are great value for money.

So I was really happy that Babel could allow me to be so involved within the design process. I wanted something so different, so I liked the open-minded, flexible approach. I wanted a unique website, not a template.
If you're looking for a new website, I feel like Babel can open your eyes to a new way of thinking. The limits are endless. Location really isn't an issue with Vertu being in İstanbul and Babel being in Bursa. Somebody is always at the end of an email of phone call.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Babel are a brilliant team of people and have been fantastic to work with - having our website designed and built by the same people who do our UX development has meant our new website is robust and really helps us to compete in the market. I would highly recommend Babel to anyone.

Clear goals for our movie have been set before we create anything. Your scenario and your story have been shaped. Storyboards were presented and it was decided to voice it. Shooting on the field was done under our supervision. Editing and then revisions were made.
A promotional film and teasers that will attract the attention of our target audience and comply with global broadcasting standards have been delivered.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
During the shooting process of the promotional film, technical devices and apparatus were used to reflect the locations and shooting techniques in the best way. 4K pro cameras, Jimmy jib, steady cam, wide-angle lenses, pro-octokopter, Drones, fly glass technological equipment were used.
A large experienced team took part in the execution of the shooting. During the branding and corporate identity design process for our Thoqart brand, a brief meeting was held with every detail to the finest detail. Brand Analysis Our corporate identity design process has begun by analyzing the history, works, culture of our brand and by analyzing our expectations, short and long term plans to the finest detail, with special analyzes for our brand. Industry Analysis After our brand analysis, they analyzed the sector we operate in and our competitors, and determined the sectoral dynamics and trends and determined the main lines of our work. Logo design Firstly, a new corporate logo work was carried out. In order to create a brand name and logo study, a detailed study was made and our brand name and logo were registered. Preparation of Corporate Identity Materials Along with the design process outlined and planned, the internal and external corporate identity materials we requested were prepared by design and presented to our company.

Inspired by the culture, art, wisdom and traditions of Anatolian civilizations, we have returned to the roots of fashion and art in our branding stories. Our brand received high praise at the launch we held at TEXWORLD 2020 Paris fair.

During the preparation period before the design process, they conducted intensive one-on-one and video meetings and analyzed what we wanted. During the design process, brand managers coordinated their work teams well and ensured that our requests were reflected in the results according to the timeline.

We have extremely pleasant experience with the services BABEL provides since they are prompt, accurate and very professional. Their response and turnaround time is quick and efficient. They held a detailed brief meeting to understand all the details and collect data. Before starting the development, analyzes were made to choose a style and color scheme that attracted the target audience. After a number of features were determined for MVP, they designed wireframes.

The BABEL design team provided us with a good research file for a minimal and useful design application to implement our design thinking worthy of a new generation coffee shop. We compared the design styles of similar brands in the world and found the right style for us. In our digital menu, they presented us a design file that our target audience would like to use with pleasure, in figma.
After a few revisions, the interfaces were finally designed. We wanted the website to be more flexible in terms of CMS and backend to make menu management easier. Vue.JS, PHP Laravel and NFC technologies were used in our digital menu project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Their capacity to make what we want a reality was sufficient and their experience in the digital field was strong. Because the project plans were transparent, I was able to control the implementation and testing of the project. It helped that I went to their office for a few days and talked to them about the process.
I am happy with our digital menu because; After publishing our digital menus, the guests of our cafe liked our menu with NFC technology. It has had a positive impact on our sales.

We held all meetings face-to-face during the initial meeting and subsequent approval phases. Project management gave us feedback on progress every week.
