They used a project management tool, to manage all deliverables and project-level discussions. The communication was prompt and they utilized different tools to help with requirements gathering.

What impresses me most about this company is their combination of technical expertise and responsiveness. They not only delivered a high-quality app but also communicated clearly and adjusted quickly to our needs. Their ability to stay organized and deliver everything on time was exceptional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Overall, Aumadi Technologies did a great job and we are still working with them. If there’s one area for improvement, it might be adding even more frequent updates during the development process. While they communicated well, a few extra progress check-ins could have made things even smoother.

The level of support they provided post go live and during the time of when amendments were required the team had provided the support to make those amendments.

I did have to go in depth with ensuring the text had been amended correctly as per what I provided. A few times I noticed the same errors had been identified when I had already resolved this. Other than ensuring the context was inputted as per my content I would say everything else was very good and overall this was a difficult project so well done, Aumadi Technologies' team.
