Yes. They were swift to reply, and their project management was very good with Omer being involved in all process and keeping us updated throughout the project. When things weren't progressing to schedule (third-party outside help), Omer would follow up to keep us on schedule.

It was very much a tailored project. We had a unique set of challenges, wants, and needs and they were able to adapt to what we were after. They even offered us a one-off workshop to work through what we were after as it was our first time looking at Shopify with no pressure to move forward with them.

Not at this stage, this was our first time going through this and wouldn't have anything compare to.

Before the audit began, there was strong communication about what the audit needed to cover and the services Atlas provided. From our business end, there were hiccups that caused a delay on the oringinal timeline provided to Atlas, however they were understanding and paitent.

The audit it self went smooth and Atlas delivered on time. During the audit, if there were questions , Atlas reached our via email.

Reviews migration was successfully completed and related storefront widgets that were customised are now functioning well, with zsero faults. Klaviyo flows were set up properly and delivering as per set schedule.

Omer and the team at Atlas Ventures are a great team and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. Communication was both friendly and professional, responces to questions were quick and deliervables were all 100% on-time. Any issues were also promtpy resolved, even despite a slight difference in our working timezones.

Our email channel is driving 450% more revenue compared to last year. They also helped us launch an AR feature where our customers can view our rugs online before buying. This resulted in returns dropping by 85% and helped us increase margin substantially.
