I'm the founder and CEO of Lula.Cleaning, the application which helps to manage cleaning operations in short-term rental businesses.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire aspired.?

Our key goal was to reach out and attract new potential clients of the service through Facebook and Instagram paid campaigns. We also wanted to re-imagine the SMM strategy for Lula Cleaning and improve the look of our fan page as well as the general group.

aspired. was recommended to me by my colleague who previously hired the agency specifically for running paid campaigns on social media, which is why we decided to work with them.

How did you select this vendor?

As previously said, aspired. was recommended to me by my colleague who had worked with them in the past, which was one of the factors in my decision. The final deciding factor was my meeting with aspired. CEO - Daria Iniewski. She presented solutions that were appealing to me, so we initially agreed to a one-month trial of the entire strategy. After its successful completion, we agreed to continue our partnership.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

aspired. developed a comprehensive paid campaign strategy for both Facebook and Instagram. They created multiple landing pages and conducted A/B tests to determine which performed best. Based on the results, they optimised the campaign. Through various tests, they also identified the most effective ad creatives and target audience for the campaign.

What was the team composition?

Each week we held online meetings with Daria. In addition to her, the work process also involved Yulia Autko (Graphic Designer) who was responsible for preparing ad creatives and Lena Shkiranda (Media Buyer), who was responsible for paid campaigns on FB and Instagram.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The aspired. team consistently responded quickly to my comments and were highly productive in their work. They were also well-coordinated and flexible throughout the process.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They set us up a workspace on Slack, where we discussed everything related to Lula. As I mentioned above, we also held weekly meetings with Daria to make sure we were on the right track and keep progressing each week.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Due to constant communication and the team's active participation, we were able to achieve quite good results. The team's quick decision-making and high-quality work were also some aspects that stood out to me.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I cannot highlight any certain downsides regarding cooperation, but maybe we could have tried even more scenarios in terms of paid campaigns. Even though we had 2 of them, maybe the 3rd or 4th one would turn out even more effective. Everything else was pretty good for me and our company was satisfied with the results achieved.
