This company is one person and he’s a con artist. He will start offering a good product for a good price and then constantly lie to you to make you spend more. The latest was that they were doubling my monthly fee because PayPal were doubling there’s. Obviously rubbish. 
They pretend to be across the USA and U.K. It is one man pretending to be something! He is rarely available during the day, which tells you he is not located in Kent! You constantly have to check his work and point out mistakes to get them corrected. It’s time consuming at best. He will refuse to go on a zoom. He will start asking for large sums of money in advance. Also when we told them we would be leaving they threatened to delete our entire website. Here is the image to prove that. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS MADE UP COMPANY!

No they were a nightmare! Just wanted more and more money.

Our company was doing fine but suddenly we noticed that there is a huge fall in our bookings we almost tried everything but could not figured out that what actually was causing the issue. Then one of my friend recommend me to contact artisticore and they did a detailed audit and identified the issue was with our previous theme and it had bugs in it therefore, they customised our website and now its working fine again.

One of my friend referred me to this agency and the hiring factor was they did not charged us for the detailed audit and fixed few things afterwards too without charging us.

However, it was a project which just needs to be revamped but revamping and designing the whole site could be that serious we never imagined it, they even fixed the on-page website factors too before publishing our content which was published previously. Their package was including 3 revisions but still they did a lot and I will say by just talking to them in a polite way can get you huge jobs done as they treat like a friend.

There were 2 people in the team one was a male and one was a female. the lady was so nice to me and she was an expert UI/UX designer where as the guy was good too and he was the senior graphic designer.

We have dramatically increased our bookings since our web is revamped and I am thankful to artisticore.

We have been having conversations via skype and whenever I have asked them anything regarding my new design or left them a message they always responded me swiftly.

In the first go they fixed the lay out and then they came up with the basic design which even I can amend and then they simply provided me the website which is now live and I can list my products too. They provided me free logo too :)

There was only 1 guy who was assigned with me his name was joshua. He was the designer and developer both.

We are launching with a new website and have created the design, but doing our final stages of completing the website, we felt the design was not up to par. So we quickly had to look for a website designer that had the knowledge and expertise to create the vision and look we wanted. Because we were on a time constraint, we had just a few days to complete the design. Artisticore has done an excellent job to deliver this in a timely manner within a short period of time.

Our developer was able to implement the design easily from the figma design. The designs that were also created needed minimal editing so the whole process was very smooth and effiicent.

Artisticore had great samples, and clearly was able to design beautiful designs. They were able to effectively communicate in their designs which was a core requirement for us.

I worked with Artisticore to develop the content from a concept deck I put together. They were able to extrapolate the content into a beautiful deck that succinctly illustrated the firm's expertise and capabilities. They worked in Illustrator but were able to produce powerpoint and pdf files for full compatibility.

1 Person worked with me and she was excellent.

The sales deck was beautiful and filled the clients' needs. And most important, they loved it.

The workflow was good, she was communicative and responsive. When I mentioned a deadline, she made sure to meet it.

The speed of design was the most impressive. She was able to to produce tailored graphics quickly and effectively.

I would have liked her to ask more questions so I knew we were going in the right direction, but the results turned out great. I'm working with them on another project now.

ArtistiCore was hired to develop a website from scratch and also create 2D promotion content for mobile and Desktop platforms. The goal was to have a website and design materials created from scratch( not borrowed like I encountered prior) to establish a unique brand identity!

This agency was selected initially via upwork.com. Viewing their portfolio via this platform and speaking to their design agents assured me that I was going to get something that was completely original and not copied from the web!

Their web developers and designers were in constant touch me with to be sure what they were delivering was in line with what I was expecting. Feedback on my end was regular and they tackled changes as needed to be sure the finished project was what I anticipated.

I worked closely with the owner regarding my vision for the entire duration of the project. I also worked closely with a member of the web development team as well as in tandem with designers to be sure everyone's efforts and input aligned with my vision!

I have not launched the site yet, but I can say with certainty that through their vision they helped me establish my BRAND identity!

The entire team is very responsive and communicative! We had discussions via chat as well as zoom to make sure we were all on the same page. All of my questions during the process were swiftly answered and as their were no project deadlines, they were able to complete all that I asked of them in an extremely timely manner!

ArtistiCore has some great personalities working for them! Everyone from Artisticore is friendly and willing to help you in any manner that is needed. Not only that but their talent is unmatched in comparison to other agencies I have dealt with!

I would NOT change my experience one bit! I had a great time working with all of them and establishing a rapport and look forward to relying on them in the future for all my additional design needs!

I needed a logo for the new film company. A great logo is the most important piece of any business and I could not get the logo to look how I wanted it to, I did not have the skill set to do so.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They created a logo for my previous company and they did an incredible job. The first thing anyone says is, "wow I love that logo." With the previous logo that nailed it the first time and I did about 15 back and forth versions just to explore other options.

I ended up sticking with the first logo but they worked with me every step of the way. I feel like I used more of their time than I paid for but they did not complain and did exactly what I asked. The final product was perfect and I am still 100% pleased with that logo and this new one for the new company.

Artisticore Agency created the logo for my previous company and they did an incredible job! I called them up again, I explained exactly what I needed to be done and they finished the logo the very next day. There was no back and forth, they nailed it the first time. Both of my other business partners loved it.
