• Ran multiple successful promotional campaigns and ads - most notably, Wedding Open Day (which brought in 19 signups from ads and a number of leads Poachers have been following through on for months afterwards); and Mother's Day (15 bookings at A$17 CPA on Meta alone; the ads contributed to the event getting fully booked ahead of time)
• Prepared a variety of creative approaches and iterated on them while maintaining cohesion with the Poachers Pantry brand, which have shown to produce improvement in the Meta account and gradually decrease the cost per booking
• Set up accurate tracking, in order to record on-site conversions as efficiently as possible (and provided transparent and detailed reporting for every stage of the funnel)
• Drove awareness and consideration that contributed to brand recognition among customers
• In total, our efforts generated 128 restaurant bookings and 43 wedding form submissions between Google Ads and Meta, since we started running the accounts (mid-March for Google, late March/early April for Meta). This doesn't account for an increase in awareness, however; in the same period, Google Ads recorded 817 secondary conversions to Get Directions to Poachers - indicating that our ads also contribute to walk-in visits on top of bookings that we optimize for.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Art has successfully and effectively expanded Google Ads to the full suite of Google Ads campaigns, including Smart, Local, YouTube, and Performance Max. In the first six months, we saw appointment bookings increase by 54% on Google Ads. He also converted our Facebook ads from awareness-generating to conversion-oriented, with an average CPA 32% lower than Google Ads. Additionally, he set up Microsoft Bing ads, allowing us to test additional platforms with varying strategies.

Over the past three years, we’ve seen continuous growth, effectively scaling our marketing budget and conducting over 50 A/B tests along with frequent creative testing. Overall, we’ve seen a 30% increase in average monthly new patients and a 57% increase in average monthly revenue.
