We hired AquSag's team to build our website from ground up. We needed the website to be done fast but also done well since the product patent was being infringed by another brand and we needed to be in the market soon. We needed this ecomerce websiite to do more than standard ordering and to alow us to create custom packages, custom produt bundles, disodunts etc. The website also had to offer multiple shipping options and allow us to ship from home rather than havog to go to Canada post etc. 

The other part was hosting and mainatenance of the webiste and our emails, which they have been doing a great job at and we have been asscooaited with them since 2019. The last deliverable was social media marketing post luanch as we did not have a huge budget. they took a perfect approach of instagram, news videos, pinterest and tiktok and worked well for us

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website was done just to our liking within our budget. Aqusag's team was very considerate of our budget constarints but it did not feel like we were gievn any less of a quality project. They also helped us improve our ideas and also helped us figure out our internal shipment issue which was creating a lot of trouble for us. The social mdia promotion also was modified to match our budget and the number in sales showed the outcome.

Yes, the work was delivered on time and if the changes were too many to fit the timeine we did have discussions ton handle that. They listened to our requirments and before rushing into giving a quote they do take into consdieration what might work best for us and what may not and also suggest things that made us rethink our plan. That technican guidance was very valuable for our business.

The team has been able to deliver on-time and on-budget. They have been excellent about  setting expectations and communicating needs on a per-project basis which demonstrates their ability to manage time and resources effectively. With respect to our completed projects, our clients have been happy and the quality of the entire project (UI/UX design and code delivered) and post-launch support and maintenance has been detailed and orderly.

I think they are a strong company and in the years I have done business with them, they have made even more improvements and have continued to grow their team. The team we worked with helped develop our vision into a plan, and then we're instrumental in building and executing the plan. Post launch they were actively involved with managing our tools, and making changes as discoveries were made about our needs.

As mentioned in previous questions, the team was very collaborative during the whole project. We put together a great plan, with their help, before beginning. As the project went along we would find things that would work better, or they would bring to us ideas, and it was a good process adjusting as needed. Some vendors stay very rigid to the initial plan and making slight changes is uncomfortable to them. This was not the case working with this team.

There was nothing they needed to improve on.
