But soon after we left the review, the collaboration started to change. It was obvious that they were only working on our project part-time, and they didn’t complete their tasks within the agreed schedule.

A month after the deadline passed, they delivered an app that was full of bugs and wasn’t even close to being finished. We asked them to fix the issues and paid extra, too, but they wanted more money. 

Eventually, we stopped the payments and asked them to deliver the source code of what they’d developed. We just wanted what we’d paid for. They became completely unresponsive at that point, and we now have no source code to speak of.

What was so perplexing to us was that they’d designed the layouts themselves, which meant they should’ve known exactly how everything worked down to the smallest detail. When we noticed that things were missing in the layout, they started to claim that those were extra requests. 

In the end, they didn’t complete the project, ignored us, and refused to deliver even a part of the source code.

Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business. 

Since we’re a startup, we went through financial troubles. We’ve lost about $1,000 because of them and are now negotiating with PayPal to issue a refund.

How did APPSROW SOLUTIONS LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

This has been the worst collaboration, which is hard because I’m friends with Sandeep (CEO, APPSROW SOLUTIONS LLP). He’s a good communicator, but, when it comes to work, I don’t know what to say about him.

We’ve sent them messages on Skype, so I know that they can see my messages. But they just don’t respond. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?
 
I wouldn’t recommend APPSROW SOLUTIONS LLP to any startups. They didn’t fulfill the contract, follow deadlines, nor have the knowledge that they claimed to have. If you do choose to work with them, make sure you pay after you’ve received the final product and source code rather than before.

Our client Bitcore wanted extra features, and we added some of them without any cost. They still haven't released the milestone amount that they wanted us to work on. 

So, we decided to stop working until they released the milestone for the work that we'd already finished. They didn't respond for a month, and, now, they are sharing negative reviews about us.
