The idea was to set a remote team that can complete full cycle of development works and that is managed by our PM remotely. This works great so far.

Tech Lead, Middle+ dev (back-end), Middle dev (back-end), Junior dev (back-end), Drupal front-end dev, QA engineer. We also had experience with one of Senior devs at the very beginning.
