Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of ecommerce retail company in which we source product overseas and sell them on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, etc.

For what projects/services did your company hire AMZONER Consulting?

We had gone back into stock on with a previously successful product, but we were unable to sell profitably because we could not figure out how to get below 22% total cost of advertising. I knew that I had to bring on a ppc expert if I had any hope of reducing cost.

How did you select AMZONER Consulting?

I listed to an interview with a gentleman who had a created a training center for Amazon consultants where you could find a consultant, see their level of training and contact them directly. I do not recall the website, but I took a look at it, contacted several of the consultants, asked them a series of questions and came away only liking one of them.

This was Kamaal from AMZoner. Not only was he very pleasant to speak with, it was very clear that he knew what he was doing and already had several customers that he was working with so he wouldn't be learning with my account.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

I quickly turned over my 2 brands to the AMZoner team, they did an audit on both sets of listings, updated the pictures, the bullet points, got brand registry for my second brand and then updated the EBC brand content for the listing.

While they were working on that, they began analyzing my advertising and ppc spend with the goal of reducing my percentage of spend and increasing my sales.

What was the team composition?

While there are several people at AMZoner, the team composition is typically 2 people, one person dedicated to your account and an account manager to give some oversite. Kamaal, the owner, has kept close tabs with me the entire time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This has been a very interesting ride with this product since I began using AMZoner.  The first month was scary for me, we lost money, but they asked me to trust them and I am so glad that I did.  The second month not only was I more profitable, but I made up for all of the money that I had lost the previous month sales were increasing quickly.

When I started with AMZoner, I was doing between 30-45k a month at 22% Total Advertising Cost for my primary brand.  After turning everything over to them my sales have gone so high that I have had trouble staying stock reaching as high as $300k in a month with 10% Total Advertising Cost.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow has been great, we have an open line of communication that I can ask questions and get answers usually with a couple of hours, but never more than 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very knowledgable about selling on Amazon.  I have learned a lot from them and continue to learn more.  They are a valuable asset to my company.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I think that all companies have things that they are great at and things that they need to work on.  I would probably say that the one thing I wish was different is that I have had multiple account managers.  Even though each one was proficient at their job, it is always a bit unsettling working with someone that you have not worked with before.

AMZONER has been a solution to both known and now, after several months, many unknown issues with our amazon account. I wanted to find a company that understands digital logic and has a sound work ethic to serve my brand as a one-stop shop when it comes to Amazon. AMZONER manages my Amazon PPC account, and within a month, the organic growth has gained traction at rates I haven't seen for quite some time.

Initially, I had some precise inquiries about my product page SEO and how the Amazon platform (backend) works; in fielding these problems, I was shocked at the experience and knowledge on full display as the team was very sharp and concise in solving my issues but also teaching me and sharing the knowledge.

The best part about Amzoner is that the Amzoner team has been routinely able to predict the growth of my account with wild accuracy and has quickly earned my trust with just a few bi-weekly meetings. My spending on PPC no longer "costs" me anything, as the ROI covers it.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

PPC Campaign has grown my organic traffic for three straight months - May to June + 10% ($40/day) - June to July +14% ($60/day) On track for July to August + 15% ($100/day)

Adhoc and hands-off within two months as this management style fits my schedule best. We communicate mainly via Wats App chatting for efficiency but then connect via MS Team / Zoom for bi-weekly (meeting / 2 weeks) reporting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was so tired of the low barrier of entry in the space of everything e-commerce digital that I was initially very aggressive in asking for a value proposition up front - placing the burden of work on Amzoner. They understood my frustrations and landed a meeting where I quickly recognized an older, educated, well-spoken team. They are digitally qualified and lead with an outstanding work ethic that you will not find in the states or the UK.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I know of, I am fairly pro-Amzoner.

I selected Amzoner because they were certified by top e-commerce institution and owner seemed very capable when I talked to him. Their knowledge of Amazon was very deep and I really liked the results their strategies gave to my products

They really optimized my listings from all angles. The photography was excellent, content writing was very well and keyword indexing was perfect as well. After optimization, they took over PPC campaigns and delivered excellent results on my all campaigns and my sales are still crossing many milestones every year.
