Their focus was on the user-facing layer of the Experience Cloud portal and the overall usability of the solution. They helped us review the initial user journeys, identify friction points, simplify key flows, and design a more coherent and intuitive interface for the most important portal screens.
Their deliverables included UX input during discovery and alignment, wireframes for core journeys, UI designs for the portal interface, recommendations around user guidance and trust-building interaction patterns, and close collaboration with our team during handoff and implementation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
ALT.WERK’s contribution helped us simplify several core portal journeys before implementation, reduce ambiguity in the interface, and create a more consistent and confidence-building user experience. From a delivery perspective, their work also helped reduce open UX questions during build, which made collaboration smoother between design and implementation.
The end result was not just a cleaner interface, but a portal that felt easier to understand and more reassuring to use in the moments that mattered most. Client feedback on the clarity, quality, and professionalism of the experience was very positive.

What I appreciated most was that they were able to bring a high level of design care without slowing the project down. They were thoughtful in discussions, transparent in communication, and adapted well when priorities shifted or delivery constraints had to be considered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What stood out to me was their ability to think beyond standard UX deliverables. They were not only focused on usability in a narrow sense, but also on how the experience would feel for the user at each step (like where the interface needed to create clarity, where it needed to reduce hesitation or build trust). That added a lot of value, especially in a portal with more complex flows.
We were also impressed by the overall quality of their work and the level of thought behind the details. Their team brought together strong UX, UI, strategic thinking, and a very collaborative mindset.
Are there any areas for improvement or something ALT.WERK could have done differently?
There were no major issues in the collaboration. If anything, at the beginning of the project we needed a bit of alignment around the level of discovery and documentation required before moving into execution. ALT.WERK took the time to really understand the product, the users, and the broader context, and while that required a bit more upfront input than expected, it clearly paid off. In the end, this was a strength of the collaboration rather than a drawback.
