The Amazone delivers turnkey digital management of our Amazon channel. Operationally they provide forecasting, shipment assistance, customer service, order management, sku management, promotion management, and listing optimization, in addition to ad spend strategy, management, and optimization. They are truly full-service and act as an extension of my e-commerce team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We experienced quarter over quarter Amazon revenue growth during 2022 and into Q1 2023 working with The Amazone. They have also assisted us in dialing in our profitability by sku and optimizing our ad spend.

The Amazone is incredibly punctual and detail oriented. They deliver not only what you request, but act as true partners and strategists to understand your business objectives and develop processes, systems, and reports that will help meet your goals.

The people at The Amazone are deep Amazon experts. They are incredibly knowledgeable and truly want to see your business succeed. I feel as though they are a direct extension of my e-commerce team.

The Amazone brings both the expert but also the learner approach to the table - constantly exploring new opportunities and developing new recommendations. I wouldn't change anything about how they approach projects.

The AmaZone took on a huge task of helping our brand to clean up our online presence on Amazon. When we started, there were hundreds of our ASINs being misrepresented and also included many grey market items. Within a few months, we were able to get the brand under control using Brand Registry and this helped us establish a strong US presence online. Next, we began our sales growth strategy. 

The AmaZone lead the way by suggesting bundle building and variety packs. This approach has helped win new users online. The brand continues to grow double digits. Working with The AmaZone allowed us to be ready to meet the greater demands during the pandemic and the consumer shift to online shopping. We recommend the team who is highly professional, attentive and caring!
