We worked with Alpha Bravo Development to replace our current software, DJ Event Planner. The current system was very outdated, and did not offer a mobile branded application. We needed to create a mobile and web app that would enable our clients to plan all aspects of their upcoming event with us.
From selecting songs to customizing the event timeline, it had to be very comprehensive and custom. It would also have to power our internal management. Event scheduling, CRM, payment professing, payroll, and equipment management.

Since the initial contract was completed, we were able to transition allof our clients and upcoming events to the new system. When I began researching this project, I wasconcerned thatthe overall cost may increase during development if ittook longer or more work than anticipated. Alpha bravo reassured me that their quote was final and fully-inclusive. I was very happy that the original cost and timeline were met; we were not upcharged at all.

The design process took a bit longer than I wouldhave liked as we needed to change theUI a few times. If we were presented with a few options at the beginning, I think it would have been a quicker turn around time.

This system would enable clients to schedule training sessions, viewand join group classes, pay invoices online, create custom nutrition plans for each client, and manage our daily calendar.

I wanted to ensure this app could replace our current scheduling app, TrueCoach while adding additional functionality to the platform.It was my hope this one app and site would run the majority of our business' back office.

Their project management was easy to follow. We worked with Rajvir, and Ariel. They both provided consistent updates through their messaging system. The majority of deliverables were delivered according to schedule with only a slight delay after one of the developers on the team became sick. The team did a great job not letting that get in the way of the project and quickly remedied the situation.

Alpha Bravo Development was hired to develop a custom checkin software to be ran on tablets which would integrate with our EMR system. This would also enable staff to schedule patience's appointments directly and send patients reminders and copays.

We needed to check patients in for appointments in 60 seconds or less on average, compared to our previous average check in time of 3-4 minutes, which caused increased wait times.

Their project management was very timely and professional. They provided us with weekly video calls and access to Slack and Monday.com to track the development team's progress.

We were impressed with their transparency in the development process and well-organized team. Everyone knew their roles well and they collaborated very well with my office staff. They also held hands-on training for our front desk staff as we implemented the software.

At times, there was a lot of information they needed from us during the design phase, and there was not a straight-forward place to upload those completed documents, so we ended up emailing our project manager everything. It would have been nice to have a portal for these things.

We hired Alpha Bravoto develop a back-office system to replace Shopify/Wordpress. We were previously taking order for local stores over the phone, which created a backlog in our sales team as they had to speak with each individual customer and manually create orders. 

We wanted to enhance this process and provide our customers with a portal to browse our current inventory and place order using their approved account. This would also enable us to track inventory more efficneltly, as we were previously using spreadsheets to manage orderds and inventory with our distributors.

We have recently rolled out our customer portal and have already processed about 25 orders from local golfing stores and ranges. So far, the ordering system is working very smoothly and we are in the process of uploading our entire current inventory without issues so far.

Our project manager, Rajvir did a great job in collaboration with Ariel. They sent updates on slack 2-3 times per week, and regularly offered zoom meetings. Most deadlines were hit on time, and I can say they were very organized. There was a delay with our payment processor that threw us 2 weeks of track, but Alpha Bravo did a great job contacting Stripe and resolved the issues.

I liked how honest they were. Good or bad news, they were very direct and honest. I feel they are very dependable and treat us with great care.

During the backend development, the process was confusing as we didn't understand what was going on. I think they can improve this process a bit to keep clients at ease.

Alpha Bravo delivered on every aspect of this project ontime, and sometimes ahead of schedule.

Alpha Bravo was extremely prompt and timely in all communications with us. They created a dedicated Slack channel for our company and they literally responded to our needs day and night. They were also easily available by phone, email, and Zoom Meeting. They responded to project needs/issues promptly and delivered items when they said they would.

We hired Alpha Bravo Development to build our initial iOS mobile application so we could begin gaining users and traction and grow to other platforms such as Android, Web, tablets, etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had meetings with other app development companies but none of them stood out the way Alpha Bravo Development did. They enthusiastically understood what we were trying to create and offered helpful financing options.

We had initial setup calls to discuss our project in full and break it down into separate stages. We completed the design stage of Tunnels on Figma and the job they did was fantastic.

Tunnels was an idea I had came up with in high school back in 2011 and they were able to deliver results that looked exactly how I have envisioned it for all these years. We have now transitioned into our development stage and look forward to progress and completion of this phase!

Our introductory meetings, project review, and roll on process began with Josh who was delightful. He really took his time to understand what exactly we were trying to do and helped make the transition to beginning our work exciting.

We then transferred over to our project manager Cole, who has been amazing to work with throughout this entire process. When unexpected situations came about, Cole has been great to strategize with on the best path to take. I’m really looking forward to working with Cole on future versions and updates of Tunnels.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have definitely received more interests from venture capital firms about our project since we have began working with Alpha Bravo Development. Many which look forward to testing our beta in the upcoming future. We’re beyond excited to get to the point where we actually have people using our long awaited app.

The project management and communication style has been great. All communication has been done through the Slack app which has made staying updated on the project simple and productive while managing other aspects of our project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The thing that was most impressive to me initially was their designs for previous apps they have created. To see that same thing transfer to our app as well was exactly what we were hoping for. This being our first time building an app, they have been incredibly patient with us throughout this learning process which has been so greatly appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, even trying to provide some constructive criticism is difficult because Alpha Bravo Development has been the most ideal partners from day one. At this point in our project I have zero complaints and am beyond grateful to have stumbled across Alpha Bravo.

The application is extremely high quality and really is a good representation of my vision. It is really easy for me to manage my content and for my customers to watch content when I upload it. It is also super easy for my customers to join the livestream and keep up with the workouts.

My goals for this project was to make a really high quality application that was simple to use and user friendly. We wanted to create something that was a really streamlined and simple process to go from a user, to a donator.

We selected Alpha Bravo Development after listening to the development process. I was considering going with other companies but they really only focused on the development of the project, and not really about the overall experience. When speaking to Alpha Bravo Development, they sounded like they were really going to take care of me as well as the development of the project. They definitely did that.

Alpha Bravo Development created an application that allowed the users to make donations to low income communities. They created a membership platform that redirected the user's membership fee to the state they are from, and created a way for people to directly donate to specific projects within communities. After they completed the development they helped us manage the application with their management package which has been going great as well.

The team was made up of one Project Manager who was with me from the beginning, and still helps me with my application, designers for the mockups, and developers who created the application. The team increased when all of the designs were approved and they increased the development of the application.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

My project has had a huge effect on my business as before we created this application we had to manually direct all the money to the state of the member. The application made everything a lot easier as the money was automatically directed to the proper state, and increased donations as people could select projects they would like to donate to in addition to their membership cost.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project Management was really effective as promised. When we first spoke Alpha Bravo Development mentioned how project management and communication is something super important to them and they followed through on that. They provided me with daily updates on Slack and we had a call once a week to discuss the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The thing that I found most impressive with the company is how they had such high quality development, and also cared so much about me and my project. There was never a time where I was not up to date with what was going on, or a time where I felt everything was not under control. Then at the end of development everything was exactly how I wanted because I was there to approve of everything along the way.

Are there any areas for improvement?

One thing that could have been changed was that I should have mentioned additions I may want to add in the middle of development. When we started this project I did not mention to them that I may want to add a few things during development so that caused the price to increase a bit. At the end of the day I got exactly what I wanted for a fair price so I was definitely satisfied.

If someone were in a situation where they need roadside assistance they would just need to have out application, quickly look for a business in their area, and then choose one to help them. They also will have the ability to track the driver until they get to their destination. I am the CEO and deal with growing and developing my business.

They created an application that allowed the customer to input their zip code, search for roadside assistance businesses near them, purchase the services, and track the driver. They also built another part of the application that allowed for the businesses to accept/deny a job, and use an external navigation system to get to their destination.

What were your goals for this project?

My goals for this project was to get a mobile application that was not only functional and had everything I wanted, but also have an application that looked really nice and professional.

I selected Alpha Bravo Development by first searching for them on Google. After finding them on Google they reached out and we spoke about my project. Then, they built me a really impressive Project Scope that covered everything we spoke about, gave me a quote that was fair, and sent me over their Software Portfolio of past work they have developed. After all of this I knew they were right choice.

We started off the project with mockups which I was really happy with because I got to see my whole application at the beginning of development. After this they went into developing the application where I was updated Daily on Slack. After we finished development they helped me launch the application, and also helped manage my application.

This project really helped my business as before the application was built, it was just an idea I had. After development I now have a really great application that I can use to help roadside assistance businesses service clients.

In addition, we set up weekly review calls to go over what has been done to prior week, and review any future additions.

The thing that I found most impressive about Alpha Bravo Development was their quality and communication. Typically, when working with other companies they either have very high quality work, and not great communication or low quality work and are very dedicated to your project. With Alpha Bravo Development I got extremely high quality work, while also feeling like they really cared about my project and me with the extensive communication they had.

I am not really sure what else they can improve on because overall I had a really great experience.
