The recruitment consultant assigned by the agency arranged a meeting and collected information, filling a requirements sheet that helps them analyze the recruitment needs in detail. We arranged a couple of more meetings in which best-matched candidates were identified, and the compensation and other matters were finalized.

The agency completed the initial search, pre-screening, and shortlisting within a week. We found qualified candidates with the kind of commercial and residential experience we were looking for. The agency also helped in scheduling interviews and reference checks. We completed the recruitment processes within three weeks and hired 25 plumbers.

Another thing to mention is that the agency took note of every minute detail and found us the right combination of skill sets per position type we mentioned.

We required 15 plumbers, three for each county with 10+ years of experience in plumbing restoration. That requirement was fulfilled. We required 5 senior plumbers for commercial construction projects and we found outstanding plumbers. We hired 5 trainee plumbers who have also proven themselves as good workers.

The worst experience I ever had. It has been 3 months now and these people were not able to arrange 1 employee for me. Initially one of their employees namely zara told me that it will take 10 days now it has been 3 months and still nothing. The provide me 1 candidate and he scammed me for 20k and the others they provided me were also trying to scam me for money. They will not answer you phone calls for days Or replay u back. They don't care about your loss And now when I asked for refund they are also refusing to that. Now I fell it is just a big scam where they call u from different numbers and act as candidates for job and try to scam you for money. These are just scammers.

Very bad, they hardly answered my phone calls and replied my texts.

Nothing, worst service
