Algofy was responsible for updating our Shopify theme with several new features (mega menus and carosel scrolling products in multiple variants) and Implementing CRO strategy and design on product pages and view cart pages. They created and updated at least 7 Klaviyo standard flow emails and set up SMS marketing and testing.

New website theme up and running! Improved email marketing ROI on several flows/campaigns.

Our Algofy team was awesome, particularly Maia and Maria (we worked most closely with them). Ana was also fantastic, we just didn't interact with her as much. We had virtual meetings every 2 weeks to check in on progress, action items and processes of the project. They have been highly responsive and timely in all aspects of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We loved working with an (almost) all female team and appreciated the international aspect of the mix. We felt heard and understood on a brand level and we felt the team allowed personalities to enhance the scope of work. We have enjoyed the team tremendously.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Algofy could have done differently?

We appreciated the virtual check-ins - we would have loved to spend a little more time on "walk-throughs" of how the new theme would function. When we turned the new live theme on, we felt a little like we were entering foreign territory (this is expected with a theme update), but we would have loved to hear..."hey, this is how the new site will function, and the biggest changes you can expect to find and troubleshoot are...."

I think the only way for this to happen would be for the entire Algofy team to be super familiar with the new Shopify theme, which is an unrealistic expectation. We are happy with the service and hope to see improved results so that we can accurately assess the ROI.

We have had more engagement with our website and our brand awareness is increasing. Facebook page has received more followers as a result of the Facebook marketing.

Recently has been very good. For several months there was quite a bit of turnover and we didn't know who our contact was. Maia has been doing a fantastic job keeping us in the loop and on task.

One unique aspect is that the people we are interacting with are all over the world. It has been enjoyable meeting with people from other countries. Everyone we have worked with is very knowledgeable about the area that they work with.

It would be great to have a better way to update our fair details. It seems as though every time we do a data import we have to proof all of the information to make sure that the previous information is still there (and accurate). There are typically errors when this process takes place, so that is our biggest frustration.

The algofy team comes up with creatives geared towards our audience.  We have bi weekly meetings where we discuss goals, deadlines, upcoming product launches etc.  We then go back and forth until we tweak the creatives to get optimium performance from them.

We have a great set up now. I think the original package we had was a little too big of a financial commitment for the size of our company. I love that they were open to re structuring it so we could continue to work together.

I hired Algofy to build a new Shopify website, update my brand identity in alignment with the new site and to set up my email marketing automation. I had an existing Shopify but it was outdated so I needed a complete update that included refreshing the visual identity. We worked together on branding, colors, photography direction and copy that applied to the website and email. The deliverables included:

• a new Shopify website with a customized theme
• Klaviyo email flows and campaigns
• a brand book.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our new website is fantastic and the vision was executed at the highest level. The site was launched on schedule with in-depth backend organization and front-end CRO optimization. The team adapted to customization requests on a variety of the site elements and consistently delivered on all parts of the project. The email marketing launch was successful. The design was beautiful.

The project management was one of the stand-out elements of the entire project. Every piece was organized and streamlined through email and Figma. Communication was quick and efficient. It was clear their team comms were organized behind the scenes and that the project was tracked all the way through. As a creative, my organization lacks a bit but I was able to count on Algofy to keep the project moving forward step by step.

One of the standout reasons I chose Algofy was the interview process and how much time we spent communicating the project, the scope and the goals. Out of the multiple agencies I interviewed, Algofy clearly differentiated themselves at the start, which lasted the length of the project. During the project, every call with their team was both positive and efficient, so I always felt confident about the progress but also the execution.

At the moment reflecting on this recently completed project, I don't think there clearly evident areas of improvement. I haven't fully critiqued all parts so I'm sure there are minor critiques but overall I am highly impressed by the whole project.

They are top in the industry with the best and latest practices. If someone in their team doesn't know the answer, they are steeply connected with premium account reps in Google, Facebook, etc. Simply said...they get great results with deep insights and what's effective for your particular segment or audience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Algofy could have done differently?

None. Everytime I have a concern, I bring it up with their management team and they address it. Since our initial engagement, smalls things have gone wrong but they address it with integrity. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.
