Algofy was founded in 2017 by two agency veterans who wanted to do things differently.

Based in Barcelona with a US office, we're a 45+ person team that grew from paid media and Amazon into a full 360° agency, covering everything from PPC and creative to SEO, email, and CRO.

We work on performance-based pricing and specialize in running Amazon and DTC as one connected strategy, with over $1B in ad sales across our portfolio.

Direct and transparent. Clients get biweekly meetings, a shared Slack channel (if desired), and collaborative platforms that make creative feedback and approvals straightforward. We rely on ClickUp for project management and share a record of all meeting logs and performance decisions. Additionally, we provide custom monthly reports per client that update daily for a shared view on all advertising platforms.

It depends on the client. Some are focused on efficiency (ROAS, ACOS, etc.) others are in growth mode and care more about volume. We define that upfront, set KPIs around it, and look at performance in the context of the full ecosystem, not just one channel. Monthly reports, and we revisit targets regularly rather than setting them and forgetting them.

Clients with multiple services get a dedicated PM who owns the relationship on our end. They keep strategy aligned across teams, serve as the single point of contact, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between services. For paid media only clients, dedicated account managers oversee both platform optimizations and client communication.
