When we started with SEO PRO in 2019 we had 3 websites that were catering to the Hungarian and Romanian markets. Since in the gambling industry, PPC is limited, we wanted an agency who could do SEO and handle our content on a daily basis. Also, we wanted to expand our reach on social media and develop new affiloate websites for other markets. Our deliverables in the first year included: 

• On site and technical SEO for 3 websites 
• Creating 10 more websites for the Irish, German, US, North African, Australia and Polish markets. 
• 6 Daily articles with betting tips, betting news, sports news and casino reviews
• Montlhy backlink strategy and implementation 
• Social Media Management (10 posts per month and increasing our follower count on Facebook and Instagram)

From the second year on,  the agency helped us create even more websites to expand our reach globally, continued SEO for all of them and continued habdling oir daily content.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Here are some of the KPIs achieved in the past 5 years alone:  

• Grew from 600 visits/month to an average of a million visits/year for 6 of our websites 
• We have over 60.000 keywords ranking on Google's first page across 32 websites. 
• Grew our Facebook account from 265 followers to over 5k (organic strategy) 
• Grew our mailing list from 216 subscribers to over a million 
• Increased our conversions from 1% to 6% in the first year. Our top 3 websites now bring a steady monthly revenue of over 100k each, from affiliate revenue alone. We started in 2019 with a little over 2k total in revenue/month for our 3 websites.

SEO PRO is a huge part of our success. I must mention we had worked with 2 orher agenciws before signing them on to our project, and with them we saw resulta from the first 2 months of working together. Not only did they come up with ideas to grow our business, but they spent time researching our market, out conpetitors and our partners, in order to develop our websites, write great content and even create from scratch a "VIP group" where they handle daily interrcations with oir customers, offering advice, information and helping them navigate the online betting environment responsibly.

I can honestly say no. We are very pleased.

Agentie SEO PRO took over the complete transformation of my 7-year-old website, which looked outdated and wasn't bringing in any business. They redesigned the site to be modern and user-friendly, created high-converting landing pages, and set up a fully functional WooCommerce shop from scratch. They even built a custom monthly subscription system and integrated Stripe so I could get paid easily. Beyond the website, they wrote all the content, coached me on video ideas for my online courses, and took charge of my social media. Their strategy grew my TikTok from 200 to over 5,000 followers and my Facebook from 2,000 to over 9,000, finally making my online presence actually profitable.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the launch, my monthly revenue has jumped from a stagnant 1,000€ to an average of 8,000€ per month, and I even had my best quarter ever last year, bringing in over 30,000€. The monthly subscription system they built from scratch has been a success as well. I now have over 280 active subscribers, which finally gives me a steady, predictable income I can rely on. My audience has grown massively too, with my mailing list jumping from 2,300 to over 10,000 people. Combined with the huge growth on TikTok and Facebook, I finally have a platform that actually generates sales and keeps people coming back.

The team actually made everything feel simple for me. Even though there were a lot of moving parts, they respected every deadline and kept the project moving forward without me having to chase them or provide constant details. They atake initiative and are very creative, which is exactly what I was looking for in an agency.  Also, whenever I had a question they jumped on a call to explain things. Plus, they were always proactive about suggesting new ideas before I even thought of them. It felt more like a partnership than just hiring a service, and this gave me a lot of peace of mind.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

To be honest, what I loved most is that I didn't have to hire five different people to get this done. Usually, you need a tech person for the website, a writer for the text, and someone else for the videos and Facebook. Agentie SEO PRO did everything under one roof. And, what i like the most is that they actually understand how to make money online. I was so worried about the subscription part because it sounded so complicated, but they made it look easy and built the whole thing from scratch. They actually cared about my success and my followers as much as I do. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something AGENTIE SEO PRO could have done differently?

The only thing I would say (and this is because I am in my 60s and not a tech person) is that the internal tools they use to manage projects are a little bit complicated for me. They use professional software to track everything, which is great for them, but for me, it was sometimes hard to follow where to click or what to look at. I prefer just a simple email or a quick chat. However, they were always very patient with me and would jump on a call to explain things whenever I got stuck, so it wasn't a big problem in the end.

We partnered with Agenție SEO PRO for the end-to-end development and promotion of the Tranzio.ro platform, designed to connect clients with transport service providers. The scope of work included full web platform development, covering structure, core functionalities, and user experience for both service seekers and transport providers. Deliverables included a fully functional platform, continuous SEO optimization, and performance-oriented social media campaigns aimed at growing both the client and service provider base.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our main goal was to register people. The platform started from zero and was built entirely from scratch. Within the first quarter after launch, we reached over 1,800 registered users, significantly exceeding our initial target of 500 registrations. This growth included both clients and transport service providers, confirming that the platform concept and promotion strategy were working.

Project management was well organized and easy to work with. Communication was fast and clear throughout the project, and we always knew what stage things were at. Deliverables were provided on time, and when adjustments or changes were needed because we asked for them, the team was responsive and quick to adapt. They listened to our feedback, explained options in simple terms, and offered practical solutions focused on our goals. Overall, very happy with the collaboration so far.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was the team’s refusal to implement different strategies just for extra budget. They have a very good sense of what works and what does not, and they were not afraid to say no when an idea would not bring real results. Even if that mean not charging us extra for said implementation. Beyond execution, they actively offered strategic advice, anticipated potential issues, and helped us focus on actions that actually delivered ROI.

At this stage, there are no major areas for improvement. As with any growing project, some ideas evolved along the way, but the team adapted quickly and kept things moving forward.
