Developing awareness & performance media strategy, using YouTube, Google, Facebook and Instagram tools to reach 4 new markets: Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and France. The uniqueness of the strategy was that in each country it was necessary to bring the user to different platforms: in some countries — to Amazon, in some — to a local landing page, and in some — to the local pet food marketplaces.

AffectGroup managed our client's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns and I'd say the results exceeded all our expectations. The agency was highly organized and worked tirelessly to ensure that our client got the most out of the budget. They continuously adjusted the campaign to improve our return on investment.

The scope of work included creating engaging and relevant content, designing visually stunning images, and developing impactful ad copy that resonated with our target audience.They also set up the campaign, installed analytical and tracking tools, and provided us with detailed reports that allowed us to measure the campaigns' success and make informed decisions.

• Mainly it's impressions, CTR (click-through rate) and CPC (cost-per-click). We started with decent numbers at the very beginning, but in December we ended up with KPIs being much better than for other companies in fintech industry we've been working with.

The team delivered everything on time.We had regular sync-ups and stand-ups to make sure the campaigns are adjusted on time and we're heading towards improving our KPIs

It's definitely their proactive approach. They truly understood our KPIs and had a business-oriented approach that was aligned with our overall goals. Unlike other agencies, they didn't just create assets and call it a day, but instead, day by day, they continuously measured and improved every aspect of our campaign.

Sometimes the time-zones issue came up, as we were all scattered all over the world. We operate from Czechia, Prague (CET). Our client was from California (CET -9) and Affect's team members had other time zones (CET -9 and -6), so getting aligned time-wise was somehow hard at the very beginning.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We didn't find effective ways to do social media marketing for our product, but we have got a few potential clients throug searching ads with whom we are going to sign contracts in the near future. The proceeds from these contracts will more than cover the costs of working with Affect Group.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was quite effective from our point of view. We met each week for the status of the campaign to check the intermediate results and discuss ways to improve them. For regular communication we used slack and emails.

We were impressed by the strategic approach to the campaign, accurate media planning and monitoring the results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Despite the fact that the social media didn't work for us, I think Affect Group are really good at social media and Google ads promotion and this is their strong side. They have a very well-structured work with marketing hypotheses. Have no idea what else they can improve.

Our contnet got 14 million reach, our CPU appeared less than we expected (-18% from the target). We noticed the increase in our followers on Instagram. We've got 26 780 clicks.

They worked with our feedback and briefly took actions to get things together if something goes wrong. Moreover they are very client-oriented and dedicated in their work. Everything they made for us was done in excellent conditions.

I suppose that the most impressive quality is how they can work with client's feedback. They really can hear you and your needs, that's why even if 1st round of presetnting ideas could have some questions 2nd round would always be fantastic and fully satisfying for us.

Send thing is that they are very responsible. When we approve our media plan, it is never only on our client's control. They alaways check and give us signals if something goes wrong, they immideately suggest the decision.
