Transparency and commitment are essential in any service provider-client relationship. However, Aexus failed to meet expectations in these areas. Despite my repeated requests for leads, prospects' information, call transcripts, and emails sent, they consistently ignored my inquiries. This lack of transparency made it challenging to assess the quality of their services and make necessary adjustments or decisions in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, the project management by Aexus was severely lacking. Throughout our collaboration, there were significant delays in delivering items on time. This slow progress was concerning, especially considering the anticipated timeframe for building a sales pipeline of 3-4 months.
The lack of tangible outcomes and the delay in executing the first campaign within two weeks further compounded the issue. It was evident that Aexus struggled to effectively manage and meet project deadlines.
Responsiveness to Needs: In terms of responsiveness to our needs, Aexus demonstrated a concerning lack of attention and commitment. Despite repeated requests for essential information such as leads, prospects' details, call transcripts, and emails sent, they consistently ignored these inquiries.
Their failure to address our needs promptly and provide the necessary information hindered our ability to assess the quality of their services and make informed decisions. This lack of responsiveness undermined our confidence in their ability to meet our specific requirements and deliver satisfactory results.
