Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the production manager for the Norwegian television series "Grenseløst Forelsket" 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Adrenal, and what were your goals?

We hired Adrenal to assist us shooting the third season of the television "Grenseløst Forelsket".

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have previously used Adrenal for two other seasons of the show in Turkey, and would approach them again for our next project in Turkey without doubt.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We started with a briefing call to establish if Adrenal would be available for our dates. Furthermore, we discussed the budget in detail to account for all possible events. In the end, Adrenal assisted us for a 9 day shoot for the third season of the show.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with a fixer/local producer, whom assisted and guided us through our entire process. She would inform us if we needed to make logistical amendments to our plans and/or the need for more information during pre production for the necessary paperwork.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The show has become a highly viewed tv show in Norway, and the filming from Turkey has a key place in the shows storyline. We worked with Adrenal on season 1 and 2, and as soon as we sold the 3rd season and knew we wanted to go back to Turkey we contacted Adrenal instantly.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The fixer/local producer is easy to communicate with, she replies in timely manners and is skilled in prioritising our requests. The production management team for the show is in Norway and have only communicated with the fixer/local producer via video chat/email/phone calls. Whilst for the shoot, we sent a small Norwegian team who were assisted throughout by the fixer/producer on the ground.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had a genuine interest in helping us create the best show possible within our limits. They have an impressive list of previous experience as well as knowledge on finding access to local environments.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

During our three projects together, I have not found any areas for improvement. I only wish we could have worked together in person more. And I hope that we are able to work together again in the future.
