The only thing that would have been nice to have in the beginning is making an audit of the listing itself to improve it more before starting to scale the PPC campaigns. But this is not what they specialize in so we were not expecting it from them since they were clear that their focus is specifically on the PPC campaigns on Amazon.

Very responsive, they setup a slack channel and shared all the analytics and communicated weekly about what they were doing and why. Very professional and they understand the Amazon space very well.

I dont know about unique, but impressive was their overall knowledge of Amazon. Sometimes they would screen share to show me certain things and let me know what was happening with my site. I was very impressed with their knowledge of how Amazon operates.
