Proactiveness, we need to providea lot of direction to get things done, they can be more proactive in terms of what is next for our business and propose vs. waiting on direction. However, with direction provided they are fast executers.

Each month we have a touchbase to discuss our metrics and performance. Keyword rankings have gone way up, website traffic has gone WAY up, and the ROI's in each project have been higher than average. Acadia has the total package.

Always on time. My contact is beyond thorough and a pleasure to work with. We have worked together for 5+ years now. I love that we haven't had any sort of change in account executives.
