I am a life coach, and I have some core framework and concepts that I used to coach my clients. I essentially wanted to replicate a typical coaching process that I might engage with a client in, but I wanted to mirror the process in a chat bot augmented with AI. I needed there to be straightforward information teaching, I also needed the user to be able to ask additional questions, input responses, incorporate their responses as context for future AI responses. At each of the 8 to 10 stages, there was 4 to 5 substeps which would pretty intelligently loop back-and-forth as needed to represent an actual coaching conversation. by the end of it, you are able to go from stuck and not taking action to in a ideal mindset and back on track

The measurable outcomes was to guide me through creation of the chat, bot and advise on the best way to allow 10 to 12 people beta test the MVP
