Chatbots.Studio team developed the chatbot for quick access to information about stores and services. The main aim of the project is lowering costs for call center maintenance and passing the routine work to a bot.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal is saving time for providing information to customers and saving money for staff and equipment maintenance. Since chatbot asks to share phone numbers, it is a good method for lead generation.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We know that they are leaders in most listings of chatbot developers worldwide. As they are located close to us, there are no doubts about choosing a chatbot provider.

Describe the project in detail.

In detail, Eva chatbot - is a virtual helper in Facebook Messenger for any customer. It works in the following way. A customer shares the phone number and gets access to a chatbot. Since this moment, there are available these features: FAQ, nearest store, choosing chatbot language, link to online stores, etc.

Business analytics, project manager, 2 software engineers, QA engineer.
