We focused on creating a concrete and concise strategic plan that comprises of SEO expectations, goals, deliveries, and deadlines that will work best for our clients. Then, they took over the SEO requests and worked on the improvement of the clients' rankings, online visibility, and together with our set of branding services, we managed to create a vivid and engaging online appearance of the clients.

We worked within deadlines, and SmartClik made sure that all the tasks and activities were completed before the deadline, something which is particularly rare in the business nowadays. The flawless communication, the smooth streamlines workflow, and the results they achieved were more than great.

Yes, our collaboration brought terrific results for our clients. Brand awareness was significantly improved, there was a lot more organic traffic to the websites, the social media presence was strengthened, and the leads converted three times more than previously.

As I mentioned before, we hand an amazing communication, no misunderstandings, and no discrepancies. We used a work management system that kept us alert of the tasks' deadlines, and everyone managed to finish their projects in time successfully.

I really admired the way they stay true to their mission and business goals. They make sure they deliver the promised results, and if a problem pops up, they immediately find solutions on how to get rid of it by minimalizing the damage. Also, their creativity and resourcefulness is a whole another level.

Of course everything can always be done better; however, the results from our collaboration were excellent, and all our clients were satisfied, so I guess what they do genuinely works. Perhaps there is room for growth in terms of dealing with several big projects at the same time, but this doesn't limit their capabilities; on the contrary, challenges them even more.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Milan was fast, accurate and efficient with every task assigned to him, even making suggestions as to how we could achieve better results by making small changes to the approach we had asked for. We could not have hoped for a better experience and have chosen to maintain the relationship with Smartclick for future front end development requirements.

Both I and our in-house non-technical project manager collaborated to manage the project. Milan and team were responsive and we got everything done much quicker than anticipated.

We’ve definitely seen an improvement in our emails, which are well-tested and robust. More users are reading our emails and clicking through them while fewer are unsubscribing from them, and we attribute this to the new emails that SmartClick created for us.

My team handles the project management for the design and development work. We delegate, and then SmartClick delivers to a LIT folder or Google Drive. They’re easy to work with and flexible. SmartClick delivers work quickly and efficiently; in fact, deliverables are often ready before we expect them. They’re based in Macedonia, so they usually have things ready for us at the start of our workday. We communicate via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their adaptability is what differentiates them. SmartClick is capable of moving between the email and WordPress blog projects. Email is a difficult area because technologies are often very archaic and require various hacks and workarounds. When we send them a problem, they find a way to fix it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes their work isn’t perfect the first time around and requires multiple rounds of feedback. However, this is normal because it’s hard to get your point fully across when you’re working remotely.

We saw better rankings for our main keywords, faster page load times, and improved technical health scores. Our organic traffic increased, and more pages started to appear on Google for the right queries. These results showed clear progress from the work they delivered.Specifically, our main keywords moved up between 10%–30% in search results. 
Page load times improved by about 20% on our most important pages. Organic traffic grew by roughly 15% in the first months after the changes.We also tracked user engagement and conversions. Time on page increased on several important pages, and the bounce rate went down. We saw a small lift in sign-ups from organic traffic as well. These extra metrics helped confirm the technical and content updates were moving us in the right direction.
