Once that was completed they began working on my project by putting together a script for me to review. Once that review was completed they added the drawings and voice overview based on my requests.

My project manager was Jade T. who was very helpful and quick-to-respond to any questions or concerns.

I have used the video in my email marketing to roughly 400 individuals. I have had nothing but positive feedback from them and many passed along my "commercial" to other contacts.

Communication generally happens with email and is very timely. They rarely take more than 24 hours before giving a complete response.

Perhaps a phone call on occasion would be helpful but otherwise they are excellent.

I have been using 30-Second Explainer Videos for two years. You will find three examples on my Financial Mappers Website. There is one at the top of the Home page, explaining our products, a second at the top of the Independent Investors page, and a third at the top of the Financial Professionals page.

The quality of their work speaks for itself. In addition I update each month one of their Festive Videos on the Home page. This keeps the page fresh. I would recommend 30 Second Explainer Videos for anyone who wants to deliver products on time at an affordable price.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I responded to an email advert offering an Introductory price. I liked their approach - no hard sell and I was delighted with their first animated video together with the four complimentary Festive Videos.

I had three custom videos. For each, the process was the same. I wrote the script and this was edited where required. The production team created the video in a few days which I then approved. I never found the need to ask for edits.

The first video was a 60-second animated video explaining to consumers, why they need a financial plan. The second was a 60-second video for financial advisers using a spokesperson to present the content and the last, was a 30 second video explaining the three products developed by Financial Mappers.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Over the three projects, I worked with Tom Becker and Jade Turner who managed the projects. They were extremely efficient and quick to respond to any questions. Projects were completed in three to five days.

I keep all three videos at the top of the appropriate webpage. It is the first introduction to the content. I have also been able to use some of the animated videos "Why you need a plan" to create 12-second snippets for inline promotion and YouTube advertising. I believe they at to the quality of the website which has many "How To" videos created by myself.

The process was short and simple. With my experience in video production and script writing, I was able to deliver my script and they were able to seamlessly convert this content to an amazing video. The videos delivered the message I was trying to impart.

No - I think think know their product and have a deep understanding of how to deliver the right video messae.
