The scope of work included UX research, UX design, and UI design. The deliverables included wireframes and development-ready UI templates and UI components in Figma that would be used by the software development team to build the new version of the product.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received all our deliverables in 6 weeks. The main outcome was a professionally made UI in Figma, which, based on feedback from our development team, is done according to the best standards. We are currently in the process of building the product based on the created UI.

The project management approach was very professional. We had scheduled weekly meetings, reports and communication in Slack & Clickup, on-time delivery all the time.

We loved how deep they dived into our product, taking into account the limited amount of time they had. The quality of the UI was also great which was confirmed by the dev team. This simplified further work on our side. Although we're based in Australia, the timezone difference was never an issue; they work a lot with Australia-based clients.

3. Build new functionality and section of the website from scratch starting with documentation and design/Figma, to integration with 3rd party API, extensive testing, and rolling out to production

We started literally from an idea and it's exciting to see that we have created a fully-fletched operational product in 6 months. Our marketplace is live and successfully growing, we are currently discussing the next steps in terms of development and product features with the team based on the feedback and stats we collected.

Their management is awesome. We worked with Alena who is one of the senior PMs in 2V Modules. We got regular reports in Slack, and regular Zoom meetings with the team to discuss the progress and address questions. When we got to the development stage (where all the specs and designs were signed off), we switched to 2-week sprints and sprint plannings / reviews where the events where we met to discuss the progress.

It felt more like our team in a good way, rather than working with an outsourcing agency. Their level of integration and their willingness to build an awesome product was outstanding and something that we were truly impressed with.

Their vision is to stay small to keep the high level of the products they deliver. So when we had another project request at the same time, they were not able to start straight away. We waited a bit to go with them since we didn't want to switch to another team.
