Lower the price. It's an expensive service but well worth it.

Experience:

Long call times and people not answering phones made our customers mad. As a company, we decided that we needed Voice Nation. It lowered our call times more than half of what it used to be. Also, our employees are more productive answering calls when they’re needed. So it’s a win-win situation. The features we use include automated recording, call back and waiting time. It has benefited our company not only by reducing the call times to half the wait, but it drastically improved on how we communicate with our customers.

Pros:

It helps our company better serve our customers. It has drastically improved our response times.

Cons:

The price. My god, it's expensive.

We selected them because they seemed to be a decent company to use. We had a problem once where the system went down for a while and we had to answer the calls manually, which was not easy. We use the custom routing option for our industry. For the most part, well, except for one time. It helps us a lot being that at times we get a lot of calls.

Make sure they make it clear how long the turn around is to fix a network problem.

Experience:

First, it had to do with the cost. As a school district we usually have to go with the lowest bidder. A problem we had were too many incoming calls that secretaries could not handle as they would need to put people on hold, especially during weather emergencies, so this helped ease the burden and allow more people to get through and wait less to speak with someone. We use their automated dialing, voice menu box, automatic notifications to those who sign up. The company has performed well. We have had instances when the system is down and people cannot get through, causing some problems.

It is convenient and efficient for what we need. It is great for fielding numerous calls and directing people to where they need to be as well as providing important updates and alerts to reduce call volume.

There's some difficulty with customer service.
