Experience:

We were looking for a company that has a good reputation in the business and would represent our company well. A company who can cater to the needs of our business, be flexible, professional, and would benefit the company in general. We use telephone answering services and voicemail. Sound Telecom has performed better than expected. It's based in the US which helps a lot in terms of understanding what is needed.

Pros:

I like that it has a good name in the industry, is based in the US, and cares about clients' needs. It's a great tool because it increases the productivity of the company.

Cons:

It's strange not having someone in the office answer the phone, so this at times can create a delay in the reception of messages.

So far I've highly recommended this. I'd list out all the things its able to do & how easier it makes things.

First and foremost, I started researching the different companies. When I saw this one, it had amazing reviews. This was the first one I tried & the only way I would stop using it is if they stopped their service. I have not come across any problems. I use every feature offered. It has performed greatly. Our company gets things done faster and efficiently.

Our reasons for choosing Sound Telecom was a recommendation by another company and we really needed it. We had problems taking all of the calls we were getting, so we went with it. We use features such as text messaging, email and live call support. Performance has been decent. It helps us out.
