Experience:

We were referred to Office Sense after having a terrible encounter with another answering service. We needed people who had more knowledge of the IT world, along with banking and insurance knowledge. We have an online subscription business model. Office Sense has done outstanding work so far and has benefited our organization profoundly by their exceptional customer service and how they've taken the time to meet and learn our expectations.

Pros:

They offer excellent customer service which reflects well on our business.

Cons:

We got a good deal with Office Sense $79/month option. Their virtual receptionists have worked out well so far and their performance has been great! It was an easy set up. We appreciate that it’s easy to use. It’s a service our company can depend on.

Pros:
