We would recommend Sound Telecom, if particularly 24/7 bilingual and US presence is required. There are many companies provide such service but this one seemed far better to me.
We selected Sound Telecom based on the recommendation from friends and internal employees. Also, it was under our budget after negotiation and hence we went for it. Earlier, we had lot of problems before engaging Sound Telecom such as 24/7 customer support was not available (during night time it used to wait for long or either never answered), representatives were not courteous and they used to talk with an accent that was not understandable by many of our customers, and it did not support Spanish. Hence we were looking for a change and to drill down our options to this one. If I mention some other benefits of Sound Telecom, which we might need from time to time, are that we can customize our requirement such as for technical support, or for third party verification and also for seeking customer's feedback of our organization. Hence we get all the things with Sound Telecom that we were expecting (and even more which we currently do not use but might want to seek for later such as email support to clients). In all currently, we are satisfied with Sound Telecom considering its price and our objective and requirement. Bilingual support (Spanish and English), technical support, 24/7 support, and customer's feedback. We have been satisfied with the performance of Sound Telecom and it has provided better service to our customers. Our feedback has improved due to them.
They provide 24/7, bi-lingual, customised services and representatives having the same accent as our customers.
We need to write the script and provide it to them. If they would have helped or provided services in that regards, it would have been very helpful and less pain for an organisation like ours.
