Experience:

After doing some research and trying a variety of services, we found Intelligent Office to be the best tool to manage the incremental amount of calls we receive in our organization in a different time that includes moments where there are no employees at the company (nights and weekends). We use their answering service, voicemail and virtual assistant. The performance of Intelligent Office is that it has been very accurate and has made a huge improvement with communications in our company, providing our customer a more efficient tool to be in touch with us any time they need.

Pros:

The phone answering service vs. the non office space required.

Cons:

So far we are very pleased with the service, so we do not have any request to improve by now.

Dependent upon the organizations needs, at this time, I would recommend Intelligent Office to other organizations. This, of course, is contingent upon their continued excellence.

Experience:

We were experiencing a high-level of call volume which was detracting from the attention we were able to provide our on-site clients. Additionally, it was imperative that we had 24/7 availability for our clients. By turning to an answering service, these issues were corrected. Intelligent Office was recommended to us. The company answers our calls in a professional manner, thus providing our clients with prompt resolution of their issues/concerns. They provide this service to us through answering services as well as call center services. Our client satisfaction rate has increased in large part due to the services provided by Intelligent Office.

Pros:

The fact that it provides 24/7 services to us is an incredible benefit.

Cons:

At the moment, we are quite pleased with the services provided to us by Intelligent Office. We have only been using their services for a very limited amount of time, therefore I chose to not assign a higher rating to them.
