After doing some research and trying a variety of services, we found Intelligent Office to be the best tool to manage the incremental amount of calls we receive in our organization in a different time that includes moments where there are no employees at the company (nights and weekends). We use their answering service, voicemail and virtual assistant. The performance of Intelligent Office is that it has been very accurate and has made a huge improvement with communications in our company, providing our customer a more efficient tool to be in touch with us any time they need.

The phone answering service vs. the non office space required.

Recommendations:

Seeing that I have only had experience with their call answering service, I could only recommend this service to friends. It is an exceptional option for those offices with high call volumes and/or minimum staffing.

Experience:

Reasonable pricing, easy set up, and quick response times. I am the only person in my office and answering calls during the day takes up a lot of my time. I have more important and typically more pressing things to handle than answering phone calls. My company uses just phone answering. The service works exceptionally well. Their service has freed up my time to process paperwork, run payroll, organize budgets, get jobs processed and keep better tabs on their progress through the shop.

Pros:

Freeing up my time and avoiding those annoying automated robot calls and the sales/solicitation calls that both perturb and frustrate me.

Cons:

I am not sure what could be improved upon. I do not think there is another service that they can provide to help me "ease" my work load.
