We haven’t experienced any issues. If they were not a leader in the field and fulfilling our company’s needs, we would be evaluating other options, which there is no need for. We use the 24/7, call routing transfer, bilingual, urgent handling, call forwarding, and virtual receptionist services. It is a top notch system for call needs in ways you may not even expect it has saved us time and we know that equates to money.

Pros:

Well, it is like having an employee that can multitask at the speed of light or is equal to 40 employees.

Cons:

I have yet to discover or be privy to any issues with this system, so I think they are putting their time and effort into doing what companies need, rather than me spending my time thinking what they should do for me.
