I would highly recommend Answer Connect, because they are a premium brand with a outstanding reputation.

Experience:

First, we heard some very positive things about the company [Answer Connect] and the services they offered. After careful consideration, we decided they would best benefit our organization. The challenges we encountered were poor customer service and we were missing too many calls. We use the 24/7 answering and virtual receptionist services. They have been excellent and have assisted us in increasing our contact with prospective consumers. We are really excited about this relationship.

Pros:

They are reliable and consistently provide excellent service. They allow us to spend more money in a different area without lacking in that department.

Cons:

If your business has a need for an answering service, there is no one else to choose other than Answer Connect. It took us many providers to find the right fit and it has helped our business so much, we couldn't imagine ever considering another provider.

Experience:

We are a busy accounting firm that does tax preparation. Due to very high call volumes during busy seasons we were missing calls during non-business hours as our voice mails were full. We use the 24/7 Coverage, appointment setting, message taking, email & SMS alerts. Since we've been using Answer Connect we get those calls and have increased our client base and earnings. I would say you're missing a service that will not only enhance your business operations from within but will find clients and also will enjoy the ease they experience when contacting.

Experience:

Answer Connect offers the most complete and comprehensive service for not only my business but my clients as well. There is nothing lacking in my call needs. They offer great support. We haven’t experienced any issues. If they were not a leader in the field and fulfilling our company’s needs, we would be evaluating other options, which there is no need for. We use the 24/7, call routing transfer, bilingual, urgent handling, call forwarding, and virtual receptionist services. It is a top notch system for call needs in ways you may not even expect it has saved us time and we know that equates to money.

Pros:

Well, it is like having an employee that can multitask at the speed of light or is equal to 40 employees.

Cons:

I have yet to discover or be privy to any issues with this system, so I think they are putting their time and effort into doing what companies need, rather than me spending my time thinking what they should do for me.
