I represent Renaissance Hotels and also Le Meridien. I am the vice president of brand management and marketing for the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with InnoviMobile?
Renaissance Hotels aims at helping guests discover their local neighborhood. We wanted to give guests an opportunity to use their own mobile phone in order to access local recommendations from our on-property concierge.

InnoviMobile has done great work. In terms of consumer impact, we've received quite a few downloads. People were using our content, but I don't have any exact numbers. We have shifted strategy in the meantime, and haven't continued with the app.
