I am the Managing Director of DRM Group. We help companies increase mental wellbeing and performance in medium to large businesses across the world.

What were your goals for this project?

Initially, it has been to create a prototype app to market to business and potential investors.

Zuse Digital was recommended to me by a previous happy customer of theres.

The process started with our discovery workshop here at our offices in London, UK. This step by step process was extremely good value for money and has given us a prototype that is worthy of any investor or businesses time.

What was the team composition?

The team comprised of Zanyar and his developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have very big aspirations for my business to reach a global audience and I know for sure that Zanyar and his team will be with us all the way.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Throughout the whole process, he has been attentive to our needs as a business creating a fantastic user experience. His expertise shines through as does his ability to convey what is quite a complex operation and distill it down into a more simple and easy to understand process for us to comprehend and move forward with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I have been extremely impressed with Zanyar and his team from the very start. His professionalism and willingness to understand the mobile app we want to deliver is fantastic. You can tell easily that he is excited about our project together and shows his dedication to it through not just his words but his actions too.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Zuse Digital is an excellent company. Businesses should always strive to improve and I have no doubt that Zanyar and his team will continue to do this.

Complete ideation through design, development and launch of BETA platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Strategic fit for the business, and deep understanding of our requirement. In addition to a clear focus on purpose and creating a platform that would resonate with GenZ audiences on mobile.

A core team of 6 people, covering the following roles at various times over the project lifetime.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Through the design concepts and BETA launch, we have been able to raise funding.

From day 1 it has been essential for Viktrs to put the audience and the music community first, not just in our business model, but also in the user experience on the front end, as well as building a tool that could serve as an artists ‘ self-service portal on the backend. Zuse Digital started this journey with us on day 1 with Design Workshops in London, and from then Zanyar and the team worked tirelessly throughout 2020 to enable us to go live with our BETA in December.

Their eye for design and a strong focus on purpose has enabled us to find a great balance between a bare minimum MVP and a rich polished product. The Zuse Digital deliverables have helped us create the core DNA of the Viktrs brand, user experience & backend platform that will form the foundation of our ongoing partnership with them into the future.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Focus on purpose and eye for design that would resonate with our target audience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Project management for the build was good, although we would have liked a little more detail to provide ongoing comfort for internal stakeholders. Internally we use Monday.com as a project management platform, it would have been great if Zuse was able to do the same.
