We needed a new business website. Our network was growing rapidly with a constant increase in workflow, and our current platform was unable to handle it. ZubrSoft also suggested a mobile app, for which they provided an MVP and supporting analytics.

I found them during a directory search of software providers. I read their reviews and decided to try them.

They developed a high-capacity website and mobile app for our entire retail chain network. They have also provided analytics, estimates, planning, engineering, and QA testing.

What was the team composition?

We worked with ZubrSoft’s account manager and held Skype meetings with their technical team leader and CEO.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to automate many of our network’s internal processes, saving us substantial time and increasing the overall efficiency of our business. The mobile version allows us better, more direct service for our consumers, resulting in increased customer satisfaction. We are definitely on the right track for increased sales, as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were always on time and ready with replies to our concerns, consistently working above and beyond on every task. Working with them has been a great experience; they have guided us every step of the way.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were most amazed by their genuine belief in our enterprise. They are extremely professional but also very friendly. Because they want the best for us, they always strive to exceed our expectations.

We are an OB-GYN office with four physicians.

What challenge were you trying to address with ZubrSoft?

We hadn’t paid enough attention to social media and web marketing. We had a website in place, but we wanted to reach more people through social media channels. The ultimate goal was to improve our business and cash flow.

We have worked with two other providers, both local. One of them was great, but we couldn’t communicate with them in Russian. This was a downside, given that there is a significant Russian population in our area. We started looking for a partner that could work in both languages, and that was ZubrSoft.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ZubrSoft rebuilt our website and put together an entire marketing strategy for our practice. They also worked on our Facebook and Instagram pages. They also manage our SEO on Google and other search engines, and they handle email campaigns. The work is aimed at reaching out to different demographics.

What is the team composition?

We work with an account representative from their side. I have participated in Skype consultations and working meetings with at least three people from their team, including the owner and the account rep.

How did you come to work with ZubrSoft?

We met their principal by chance, invited him to our office, and discussed the services ZubrSoft could provide us. He laid out an entire marketing strategy and presented a few options for us. We decided to give them a try. We were concerned about working with people from another country who spoke a different language, but this hasn’t been a problem so far.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve had projects that cost around $7,000. The ongoing cost of their work is $850 per month. The total cost has been $15,000–$20,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with ZubrSoft around three years ago. We terminated the contract at one point after moving our office and not knowing where the new location would be. We currently have an ongoing collaboration.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ZubrSoft suggested that we track new clients and inquiries using a spreadsheet. We’ve been updating that table for the last three years, and it has shown that the impact of ZubrSoft’s work has been good. We’ve definitely seen more phone calls and patients. Our deal with them specified a minimum of 10 new patients per month, and we have achieved this.

How did ZubrSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

They have provided very good services so far. Everything is done on-demand, quickly, and responsibly. We haven’t had any timeline issues or language barriers. We communicate through WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, phone calls, and email.

We recently reached out to them for an email blast notifying patients about our new phone number. ZubrSoft delivered a report showing us how many emails were opened. They have a professional approach.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The timeframes are great, they have reasonable pricing, and do a lot of work for the money. ZubrSoft is responsible. They communicate well and never let outstanding items linger, even when we forget about them. They always follow up.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I haven’t seen any deficiencies from my side.
