Case: Mobile CPI for Mamsy

Private sales club for mothers where they can buy brand products for themselves, family or home

Challenge: Increase the number of active users in Mamsy app; 
Keep the CPI rate below 60 rubles;

Solution: We tested various user segments. The best-performing group was mothers aged from 25 to 37 with children under 14. 
We used 50 to 60 new creatives daily. Thanks to customer analytics access, we could quickly optimise marketing campaigns and identify those showing the best results.

Results: Within 14 months, we increased the number of installs fourfold – from 20,000 to 80,000. We saved 6,000,000 rubles, while keeping the CPI rate below 60 rubles.

BlaBlaCar

Case: Mobile CPA for BlaBlaCar

App for travelling with drivers who have empty seats

Challenge: More active users (passengers and drivers).

GEO: Russia.

Platform: Android.

Solution: Testing different sources: in-app ads (video and banners). As in-app video performed best it

became the main campaign source. We used a number of creatives with the photos of drivers and passengers with actual prices.

Results: > 25k registered users within 6 months, 60% passengers and 40% drivers.

I’m the Head of Digital Acquisitions for Bemobi International. We provide gaming subscription services in Latin American, Southeast and Central Asia, and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
