Our workflow was smooth and clear. We had no problems with communication and had daily calls through a third-party solution which was very helpful.

The database of available YouTube channels should be expanded in certain EU countries, but this wasn't their fault.

I'm the founder and CEO of Smart Search. Our core product is a mobile browser for iOS and Android platforms focused on a better search experience. We’ve managed to reach 500,000 monthly active users and continue to grow. What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase the visibility of the Smart Search app. Using targeted YouTube channels with a strong community helps to show our product more effectively compared to common ad campaigns through AdWords or Facebook.

How did you select this vendor?

I met them at the White Nights conference last year and during a discussion, I found out that they provide the exact services I was looking for. I liked how we talked together and decided to try working with them.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Zorka chose the right vloggers to advertise our app and handled all the details, collaborating on how to integrate the commercial into the vlogger’s video content. We agreed on the price and the right times for publishing. I also received a fully transparent plan with a list of vloggers, prices, and expectations of their performance. We both looked at the drafts of the videos that the vloggers prepared and made changes when necessary.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the campaign, we got a total of 60,000 installs of the app and the average cost per install was $0.18. It was truly amazing to get such a great amount of quality installs for that price. Also, the retention rate of acquired users was even better compared to the AdWords campaign.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I had the whole campaign plan in advance and it began on time as planned. During the process, the project manager would send me updates and material for my approval, and all my questions were answered even late in the evening.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

In collaboration with Zorka, we were able to launch two influencer marketing campaigns on YouTube in both the U.S. and Russia aimed at integrating our Smart Search app into vloggers' content. We were more than satisfied with our cooperation with them from beginning to the end. Their customer service is excellent and all issues that appeared were solved promptly, even during weekends. Nothing matters more but the amazing result we have achieved thanks to Zorka’s team!

No. Everything was really perfect.
