I am the Administrative Director for a commercial electrical contractor. We are a small business commercial electrical contractor for the Houston area.

For what projects/services did your company hire Zoetic Studio Marketing?

We were lacking social media presence and our website was due for an update.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create an advertising strategy that accurately represented our company and would appeal to our target audience.

I have known the owner of Zoetic Studio Marketing for a long time through an associate and I was aware of his extensive marketing experience.

We communicated via email and two zoom meetings. He provided resources for defining our company's marketing goals and strategy, social media strategies and platform options, and Google Business suggestions.

I worked directly with the owner, David.

Our Facebook business page has a lot of followers and interaction, our company website has more traffic and we have received more google business reviews.

Communication flow and response time was excellent. We agreed on convenient times for zoom calls.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I will certainly engage with this company for any further marketing needs we have in the future. Zoetic Studio Marketing's information and suggestions were very helpful and the overall experience was great!

Are there any areas for improvement?

I did not experience any complications or negative results throughout my experience with Zoetic Studio Marketing. David answered any questions we had very well. The strategies implemented definitely had positive effects on the company.

We had initial meeting to discuss project. We laid out parameters and Zoetic ran with it. Modifications were then made and went live. Zoetic continues to tweak it for us as needed.
