We started off with a call to go over our website and explain where we needed help. Then the work began to do the initial changes to get shown on Google. Finally, keywords were created, pages optimized and off-site SEO work began. This all happened within the first month.

Overall my experience has been very positive for the value. The content being added is fairly bland. However, I do not expect a SEO expert to be as knowledgeable about my business.

It is great that Zoek is doing the heavy lifting with the foundational work and I can make the tweaks that ensure richer more pertinent content.

Communication is fairly good. I have been expecting a dashboard or someway of monitoring the efforts, but generally am just notifed when the next step is complete

The changes made to my website were not supposed to be published without my consent but they were published anyway. Zoek had misspelled words, no punctuation and improper grammar, furthermore the changes they made were in a completely different font, color and size.

They agreed to void the contract but refused to give me the setup fee of $100 that was paid for these errors to be published on my website. Absolute scam and unethical business practices.

Absolutely nothing. They were unprofessional, and threatened to keep deducting money out of my bank acct. even after they sent the cancellation confirmation

I won’t give a company that represents itself like this a second chance. The entire process needed improvement.
