I'm the Chief Technology Officer of SUKU, a blockchain and supply chain ecosystem focused on decentralized applications on Ethereum and Hedera Hashgraph

ZirconTech has supported our in-house developers throughout the our entire web application stack, including TypeScript based Frontend and Backend applications. Zircon's engineers have been driving development, spearheading architectural decisions, and delivering exceptional high-quality solutions for our customers.

We chose Zircon based on their past projects, exceptional quality, and positive energy throughout the entire development team.

Zircon supports us throughout the entire development lifecycle. From design tasks like wireframes and mockups, to complete UI implementations and backend integration work, we rely on Zircon's team for quality and timely delivery.

We've been working with more than 10 different engineers during our long-term engagement with Zircon. Every team member has been easy to work with, very responsive, and delivering high-quality work.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The UI that has been launched as one of the results of the work with Zircon has received over 40 thousand sign ups, and more than 1000 active users every month. The well-designed backend API is being used by more than 10 different frontends in web applications as well as mobile apps.

We have daily stand-ups with Zircon's development team. Every developer picks up story cards on an autonomous basis. Developers provide story points for estimates and finish work in 2 week sprint cycles.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

ZirconTech excels in delivering time-critical work under pressure. We've had lots of critical releases and urgent go-lives for our customers. Zircon's team has always been able to deliver on time without compromising quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Throughout our software development life cycle, we try to promote the concept of extreme ownership as much as possible. This approach, where every developer truly owns and maintains components that they created has been well adopted by Zircon's team. In the future, we hope Zircon will continue to help us emphasize this strategy and grow our business driven by these core values.

I'm Technical Operations Manager for a non-profit focused on leveraging Bitcoin technology to bring transparency and traceability to the non-profit world.

For what projects/services did your company hire ZirconTech, and what were your goals?

Improve our crowdfunding platform and implement new features. The goal was to bring stability to our platform and development process. We also needed to improve the platform's performance.

How did you select ZirconTech and what were the deciding factors?

We knew they were responsible and open for challenges based on some previous work (not direct relationship). Also they had experience with blockchain technology.

We had a kickoff meeting to explain where we were with the platform and what we needed. They were available but most important really open to work under our methodologies to keep track of issues, estimates, etc. They helped us a lot with this, they committed to our goals to be partners and have full transparency when it comes to development process and outcomes.

We had some new features that we worked together to provide a good planning process and estimate a delivery date that was completed on time. Technology: React, JS, Solidity. To track issues we used Jira with them and there was no issue with that.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We achieve a great level of stability on our platform. Before them we had several unknown issues, several random errors. Website went from a D Level to an A Level on Speed Performance.

Excellent and very quick. Always available and great team work. Very responsable and considerate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to respond even if there are chaotic situations has been impressive throughout the workflow. Also to analyze things and provide a realistic view of what they could do, communicating risks and proposing the best option for our needs and budget. Also we always loved their availability when it comes to solve issues.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, during our business relationship we proposed some improvements that were listen and implemented by them without complaint. They were always very empathic and understanding to our requests.

I'm the Business Development Manager at Dividato. Dividato is a Nearshore Software Development Company specialized in Custom Software Development and Artificial Intelligence with experience in applying Machine Learning, & Data Science to solve business problems. We are based in the USA and Latin America.

ZirconTech is one of the specialist Blockchain development companies in the region.

ZirconTech's team was part of the initial discovery sessions with the customer about the scope of the project. They also were part of the delivery team. The main tool used during the project was Corda, an Open Source Blockchain Platform for Business.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two persons were part of our team. They worked first as business analysts and then they joined the delivery team one as an architect and the other as a senior developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The final customer was really impressed by the experience and knowledge of the people involved. The project was delivered on time and the project was a success.

We had daily meetings with them and periodic communication using Slack and Jira as the Agile tool (Scrum).

Their experience and knowledge about Blockchain were outstanding (the best in the region).

We have a Salesforce integration projected in the US that needed a solid partner on the technical delivery side of things

We selected Zircon based on previous reletionshipts with company Directors. We knew they had a track record of delivering projects with efficiency on the costing and technical sides

Zircon helped us to dimention the project on the initial stage, they also were a key player while discussing in depth technical conversations with our client that enabled us to not only hit the right pricing structure but also made us fell confident everything proposed will get delivered in accordance to the expectations set but our client

We worked in closed partnership with Zircons internal CTO who has a deep udnerstanding of what was actually required, candidates sent matched exactly what we expected. The recruitment process itself was smooth, Zircon was in control of absolute every detail, from CV submissition to offer stage.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Our client decided to extend the original service many times due to the quality of the engineering. Communication with Zircon was also vital to ensure we could capitalize every opportunity

Very effective, we achieved effective deledation without loosing track of all details involved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They combined technical expertise, excellent acumen, and great knowledge in the market. Zircon was able to predict where things will graviate towards enabling us to prepare in advance, enhancining results

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Next time we would be happy to delegate first stage interviews with them so it would be nice for them to submmit CVs with short video interviews that could save us a bit of time and make the hiring process even more effective
