Demigod
Demigod is a reimagined personal growth application designed to build good habits, get rid of a few bad ones, and maximize productivity. It is the ultimate all-in-one organizational system with personal in-app coaching with a real coach, right at your fingertips. Plan your work, set goals, and track your progress – all in one place.
TASKS AND HABITS
The app allows to make custom tasks by yourself or with a coach, but it also comes with dozens of great templates of habits (tasks), which you can customize to your own lifestyle and start developing new habits straight away.
You can set an affirmation, which you’ll have to say out loud when opening the app, to make sure you stay focused on your higher self.
Our future is made up of the actions we take in the present over time. When building a new habit, it’s helpful to see our actual progress – i.e. what we’ve been doing rather than what we think we’ve been doing. Demigod allows users to see an in-depth analysis of their activity, with weekly, monthly and yearly views.
YOUR PERSONAL COACH
The best thing about Demigod is the fact that you get a personal coach right inside the app. You can chat with your coach, set habits, goals, affirmations, report on your progress, get an extra push when you need one, and so on.
The smartphone is used in tandem with the controller and is actually required for some of the features to work. That’s why the website was created mobile first and adapted for all other screens afterwards.

Burfa - designing the future of tech investment
Burfa is an Estonian investment company working with innovative projects and startups in IT, fintech and data processing. Their main focus is investing in high-performance computing technology and the people that support it. Our task was to create a website that would be a place for clients and investors to find all the important information about their projects.
OPPOSITES ATTRACT
Our task was to convey the spirit, values and enthusiasm of the organization. Burfa is all about duality: they work on a global scale with local dedication, they focus on technology but with a human touch. They are young yet experienced, with a proven track record. They are reliable and serious, without being too conservative.
The name itself is very meaningful. “Burfa” comes from Burkina Faso – “the country of honest people”, so honesty was also an important concept we had to keep in mind.
Somehow we had to visualize all of these elements in the design.
We also had to make a bold visual statement. That’s why we created animated, interactive light objects made up of the Burfa logo.
To make the website more personal, we needed portraits of the team. But we didn’t just use any photographer. We took one of the best Ukrainian photographers – a guy that takes pictures of presidents and pop stars. Because that’s how we roll.
We created a visual concept and technical specifications so that all the photos would be in the same style. Then we went all the way to Estonia and had a big shebang of a photoshoot, which became the basis for the team section.

Encredibox
Encredibox is a new educational product where courses come in a digital box. Our modest part was to make sure the box (and the website) looks and feels like a cool gadget, which would inspire visitors to invest in one. Or two. The idea of Encredibox is for people to give themselves or others the chance to develop a specific area of their life or achieve a particular goal.
INSPIRATION AND STYLE
Did we mention cool gadgets already? The website is designed to inspire and sell. We got inspired by loot boxes from computer games, which give players what they need in the game. It is similar with Encredibox, but each box contains a new skill or a push toward a particular goal, like finding a job or learning entrepreneurship.
The box has a mysterious Apple-like grey case and opens up as the visitor scrolls down the page, to reveal a colourful glow coming from the inside, revealing the contents in form of its multimedia contents.
MOBILE VERSION
A lot of people browse and buy straight from their phone. That’s why we made sure, as we always do, to adapt all the visual elements for mobile. The website is bright, dynamic and easy to use on all screen sizes, and the entirety the experience stays intact.

Singular
Singular is a large eGaming company that provides solutions to some of the world’s largest operators in the industry. We made a flashy website with a lot of information about all the different products organized in a clear, simple way. This was complemented with simple, effective illustrations and icons, and eloquent 3D visuals representing the eGaming world.
SIMPLIFYING THE COMPLEX
This project was all about clarity in highlighting the four main product areas of the company’s activity and simplifying the complex structure of the website in a clear way. We used bright animated 3D shapes to illustrate each of the areas: iGaming, sport, retail and casinos.
To make more sense of all the information on the website, in addition to straightforward structure and 3D elements, we created lots of 2D illustrations and original icons that match the overall, angular style. Clear, pleasant and modern, with soft shapes, bright colors and light shadows, all of which represent the innovation that the company delivers.
The pages of the website follow a consistent visual direction in all of their elements, to create a, well, singular experience.
A pack of 97 original icons drawn in an angular style that mirrors the company’s identity and the website itself.
We made sure to apply the same principles of clarity and style while working on the mobile version. It is more laconic in places, with a lot of white space on the screen, but the same 3D images at the forefront.

Arkade
The Indiegogo triumph Arkade made a cool, innovative controller for FPS games, giving players full 360º immersion. That’s why this website immerses the visitor in a 360º presentation of the blaster and its features using a vivid 3D model and modern graphic elements.
FULL IMMERSION
Arkade gave us a 3D model and we created a hi-res rendering of the blaster on WebGL. That was the easy part. The hard part was to get it to work well on all devices, so we had to sacrifice some of the resolution in favour of high performance and the ability to add other animated elements.
The blaster comes in three different colours (blue, yellow and PewDiePie red), so we added the ability not only to view the blaster in 3D but also to seamlessly change the colour of the 3D model.
MOBILE FIRST
The smartphone is used in tandem with the controller and is actually required for some of the features to work. That’s why the website was created for mobile and adapted for all other devices afterwards.
STYLE
The design of many elements on the website is heavily influenced by the graphic style of computer games.
One of the things we did was create a whole pack of custom icons, also referencing the visual style of computer games.

Proxet
Proxet is a software company working in AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, AR/VR and more. Our task was to create a website that would visually convey the company’s innovativeness and direction, so we came up with the metaphor of a huge spaceship to represent the business traveling through space towards their goals.
SCI-FI INTERFACE FOR SCI-FI TECHNOLOGY
The stuff that Proxet does is pretty impressive and futuristic. That’s why the website uses vivid 3D graphics and other elements styled as interfaces and screens in sci-fi films.
One of the most important tasks was to create an interesting, non-trivial navigation in line with the “space” theme. Considering the fact that navigation is present on most pages and the need to have the ability to publish a lot of content and edit it in the admin panel, we used a grid with 3/4 reserved for the content and 1/4 for a sphere used to control what is being shown on the screen.
FILLING IN THE GAPS
We drew a big bunch of custom icons, also in the sci-fi theme, to represent all the different sections and content blocks.

Bihus Info
Website and visual identity for a media portal run by Denys Bihus, a Ukrainian journalist who focuses on journalist investigations and exposing political corruption in the country. The main website acts as the home for all the projects, giving them a unified brand. We also created websites for all the individual projects.
VISUAL IDENTITY
The client wanted a visual identity that would be new and fresh and yet in line with the existing one. Bihus was already an established, branded project at the time, so the transition had to be smooth. The identity also had to unify all the projects under the Bihus umbrella in a compelling and clear way.
In order to achieve this, we created a simple, recognizable logo system that could be easily adapted for all the online and offline projects and formats, including video, social media, print and merch.
LOGO VARIATIONS
We then produced the different variations of the logo, for all the individual Bihus projects and formats.
Even though the result looks simple and elegant, we did a lot of work and produced 4 preliminary concepts to get to the final version that really worked. After trying a bunch of different fonts to create some stylistic separation between the projects, we decided to use a single font.

Team SoloMid
This is a website for TSM — a pro esports organization based in Los Angeles that manages a bunch of pro teams. The website is a showcase for a pro gaming facility in LA for players and their fans, which was opened in April 2020.
A GAME-LIKE WEBSITE FOR A GAMING FACILITY
This website is a virtual guide for all the different rooms and areas of the facility. The twist? It was not completed at the time, the purpose of the website was to promote the place and to attract investors while the building was still under construction. All we got was basic 3D models and renderings of the spaces.
We designed red, vivid 3d models for every room and area at the Facility, all of which have a specific purpose. The navigation looks and works like a menu from a computer game.
We went pretty full-on with the 3D graphics, with lush, detailed models for all the rooms. Unfortunately, the result in the browser looked chaotic as it had too many lines and was too heavy for use in the browser. So we reworked all the models to find the perfect balance of detail and performance.
We designed plans for the two floors of the building, which look like level maps from computer games.

Blitz.GG
A new website and refreshed visual identity for Blitz, a training and analysis app for the insanely popular Riot Games franchise — League of Legends, Valorant and all that fun stuff.
THINK YOU KNOW THE GAME?
Our goal was to create a website in line with the style of the app itself. The structure and major blocks remained very similar, but the website had to be better in every way than its predecessor.
Blitz wanted us to refresh the logo, and we ended up completely revisioning the branding, complete with fonts, new updated colours. We also delivered brand strategy with new verbal communication, slogans and copy.

OfficeNinjas
A website for Admin Week, the annual festival organized by OfficeNinjas, a US-based community of admin professionals. The event is 7 days long and focuses on training sessions, networking, having fun and prize draws.
THE DETAILS
The design conveys the fun, festive atmosphere of the event, while keeping the professional vibe. To achieve this, we added bright colors and various graphical elements around the page.
PROBLEM — SOLUTION
The festival lasts for a week, and there was a lot of content about the programme and all the activities and fun stuff that was going to happen. We needed to present the information not just in a beautiful way, but in a clear, readable way. It was important to let visitors find the information they need fast and get all the right messages.
To do this, we created a colour system that allowed us to achieve this clarity and make the page look beautiful and interesting at the same time.

Bindtuning
A trendy and fun website for Bindtuning — a company that provides custom intranet solutions for creating a company’s internal social network.
REDEFINING COLLABORATION
The service adds a bunch of visual and functional options for customizing intranets created on Microsoft Sharepoint. It allows to replace the standard fonts and colours with something more personal and branded, or add all kinds of widgets to make the company’s social network more useful and functional.
LESS MICRO, MORE SOFT
Our task was to make the website trendy and fun. It is built on a monochrome foundation, with vibrant, bright, colourful accents and illustrations.
This would convey the whole idea of the project — to turn corporate internal communication into something exciting and pleasing to the eye. We also added bits of animation demonstrating the product in action.

Cowa | Future-ready bitcoin mining
Cowa is a bitcoin mining company that does its high-scale operations the only right way — without harming the environment. They are very different from most crypto miners, so our task was to create a powerful brand that stands apart from the crypto crowd.
IDEA AND THE TASK
For Cowa, there was a lot to do. We came up with the name, crafted a logo and visual branding, verbal identity, designed and developed a website full of 3D graphics.
Since Cowa is all about respect for nature and a carbon-free approach, we moved in the direction of renewable energy. The idea was to use the image of the northern lights, which represent both nature and energy.
LOGO AND BRANDING
A logo sigh should be laconic — or it will be too difficult for people to remember. And, thus, may not work well. So we didn’t draw any realistic and complex shapes of the northern lights here but used their general visualization.
ICONS AND ILLUSTRATIONS
The website design is full of linear 3D shapes that represent the techy side of the company. We played with the idea that the northern lights represent energy that fuels all the site elements. Just like hydro energy fuels Cowa’s mining equipment.
Before this energy appears — by the scroll — users only see lifeless skeletons of objects.
OPTIMIZED FOR MOBILES
As always, a website we worked on rolls off the line with a decent mobile version. We adapted all the visual elements for many devices and replaced animations with static images. They are lighter and faster to load, even if visitors’ internet speed is Norway-far from satisfactory.

Logofolio
We’ve collected some of the most prominent logos created by Zgraya.
A logo isn’t only a sign that grabs customers’ attention; it’s the foundation of a brand identity, memorable and impressive. The goal is to stand you out from the crowd and strengthen brand loyalty.
Apple's apple with a bite, McDonald's golden “M”, Twitter's blue bird — these logos are printed in the heads of millions all over the world. Developing a logo and, thus, distinguishing the brand from the crowd and strengthening brand loyalty is a complex, responsible, and exciting task. That's why we LOVE working on logos. We wanted to share some of the most prominent logos created by Zgraya in one Logofolio, to help you see them all.

Restructum
Schultze & Braun is one of Germany’s best-known law firms. Among other services, they’re advising companies — and those who do business with such companies — in times of financial distress. For Restructum, one of the special Schultze & Braun branches, we designed a wow-looking business website dedicated to the new insolvency law.
LEGAL ≠ BORING
Like most legal websites, Restructum was supposed to be serious and trustworthy. But, unlike most, also impressive and unboring. To pass on that sense of possibility for transformation and restructuring by reaching out to struggling companies.
SIMPLE YET WITTY
Though Restructum has a relatively simple structure, it’s full of compelling design solutions. Text animations, color accents, page transitions, non-standard layout, and even an interactive cursor that highlights the functionality and gives users a hint on which elements are clickable.
LONG, AND SOMETIMES COMPLICATED WORDING
The website itself is dedicated to a German law and created for German users. So it’s fully in German, too. And this language is way too famous for its long words, like ‘Restrukturierungslandschaft’ or ‘Unternehmensrestrukturierung.’
It’s a lot of characters, and the layout tends to devour words like these. We had to be extra careful to fit in the copy — and not break its logic and order.
We designed the homepage and internal pages, explained the service, and presented the team.
ANY PLATFORM READY DESIGN
As it’s a business website, we wanted it to run fast and look good on any device. The site is fully optimized for mobiles because business people are busy people and it’s important to let them check the site on the go.

Landing Page Design for Music Platform
“They did an excellent job.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CTO and co-founder of a music platform that issues NFTs to musicians.
What challenge were you trying to address with Zgraya Digital?
We hired Zgraya to design our landing page.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Zgraya designed our landing page and fine-tuned our brand messaging by identifying the right brand colors and images. To elaborate, we initially had a call with them to figure out the type of design we wanted. We told them about our business, and then they worked with us on brand ideation to ensure that our vision would be properly translated visually on the landing page.
Moreover, we consulted them on the images that we should put on the page. In our second meeting, they finalized the design guidelines. They ensured that the designs were suitable and that our teammates agreed to use them.
During the third meeting, they did the preliminary designs through wireframes. From there, they drafted our technical pages, which consisted of our terms and conditions and privacy policies. Finally, they delivered the completed landing page via WordPress.
What is the team composition?
We worked with 8–10 people from Zgraya. I collaborated closely with a designer and a developer. The CEO also personally talked to us.
How did you come to work with Zgraya Digital?
We found Zgraya on Clutch and saw that they had great reviews. That was the reason we chose to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $30,000–$50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
This project lasted from November 2021–January 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
To measure success, we checked if the designs looked good and if they accurately reflected what we wanted to convey to end users. The landing page also had to be functional and delivered before our launch date. Overall, Zgraya did a great job in designing our landing page.
How did Zgraya Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management was good. They had excellent communication, and their resources were highly responsive; they replied almost instantly every time I had a query. To communicate, we used Slack.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Zgraya’s designs were impressive. On top of that, they worked with 3D graphics, which meant that their images were different and distinct from other competitors. Other teams didn’t offer this service.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there weren’t any. They did an excellent job.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Tell Zgraya upfront the design that you want. They’re proactive in giving suggestions, so don’t be afraid to tell them what you want; they’ll follow it up quickly.

WordPress Web Dev & Design for Startup Law Firm
“Working with them, you can expect the best quality.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I lead the marketing and branding department of Restructum, a startup law firm created by an established law firm around a new law that has come out in Germany.
What challenge were you trying to address with Zgraya Digital?
We were looking for a web development agency that understood that, even though we were a law firm, our work could still be fun.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Zgraya provided WordPress design and development services. We began our engagement with a discussion on how I wanted the site to look, and we decided on the cost and the timeline. They presented a mood board with different fonts and colors we could go for. I was able to direct them more from there, and they created a design that I absolutely loved.
They also created all the animations required for the site, including the banner, and they gave us ideas on how we could show different bullet points using animated slides.
What is the team composition?
I worked with four people from Zgraya: Alexey (Head of Web Development), two UI/UX designers, and Matvii (Project Manager), who was my main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Zgraya Digital?
I found them on Google, and I believe I also saw their Clutch profile. They’d designed the website of one of my favorite League of Legends teams. I also interviewed a few other candidates, but Zgraya was the best prepared.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around €24,000–€25,000 (approximately $29,000–$30,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
The project ran between February–May 2021. We’ll engage in a retainer contract with Zgraya for website maintenance.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website was well-received by our board of trustees, and we’ve gotten good feedback from visitors — it stands out from other law firm websites.
How did Zgraya Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Zgraya’s team was absolutely phenomenal in communication. We used email and Zoom to communicate, and I believe they also used Slack and other project management tools, but I didn’t take part in them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The fact that they could translate what I was asking for and put it into their design without it looking unprofessional was impressive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I was happy with Zgraya’s services, and we got along well. There’s nothing in particular that I’d have them change. We had some issues with the deadlines because we thought that we could hurry the project up, but we didn’t manage it. In hindsight, the project turned out well.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Working with them, you can expect the best quality. Zgraya can take your idea and translate it into a professional website. However, making quality design takes time, so Zgraya may not be the place to go for someone that wants a website done within one month.

Web & UX/UI Design for Consumer Goods Review Platform
"They deliver quality work quickly and are knowledgeable about their field of expertise."
the reviewer

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CTO of ShopAdvizor, a consumer goods review community. We have an aggregator of ratings and reviews for supermarket products.
What challenge were you trying to address with Zgraya Digital?
We launched a mobile application in France and a website in Spain and Uruguay. We didn’t get the organic growth that we were hoping for, so we wanted to redesign the mobile app and website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Zgraya Digital is helping us with UI/UX redesign. They've worked on three things, including project management and coordination. First, they tried to understand what would make the app and website more attractive for our users. Their team worked on the UI/UX design and created the actual graphics, illustrations, and user flow, as well as the frontend components for our web application. The only thing we had to do was adapt the designs and use the visual components they’d created for us.
In the end, we got a much simpler version of our website and app. They said our prior one was too heavy, so they redesigned it and made it way more modern. In particular, they tried to transmit the idea that we’re talking directly to customers.
Right now, we’re 99% done with the project and we’re implementing ideas that they suggested. We have other things that we’re going to work on, but we put them on hold due to our internal budgeting. However, they’ll be the first ones that we’ll outsource to when we move forward.
Additionally, we’re trying to open an office in Ukraine, so we asked them if they could provide recruiting services. They told us that they’re just a digital agency, but they were very helpful. They gave us their own recruiter to recruit for us and arranged meetings with their legal team because we needed legal advice.
What is the team composition?
I have a great relationship with the CEO, and I speak with the sales division. When it comes to the project itself, I work with a project manager, who is really good. I also deal with the head of UX design, and my team works closely with developers and web and graphic designers.
Zgraya Digital also works closely with me and our business analysts.
How did you come to work with Zgraya Digital?
We started looking for digital agencies in Ukraine through a Google search. I’ve worked with Ukrainian companies and always felt they were professional. We also couldn’t afford to outsource to other countries that were more expensive.
One of my top people is married to a Ukrainian woman. She had heard of Zgraya Digital, so we got in touch with them. Zgraya Digital’s wasn´t exactly the cheapest, but they showed professionalism and were able to transmit that they knew what they were talking about. Their proposal was very clear, down to earth, and accurate in terms of our requirements.
Furthermore, their portfolio was very modern and amazing. We really liked the design and interaction on their website. Also, the CEO is a great salesman. He talks a lot and is super likable. We could see ourselves working with them, so we went with Zgraya Digital, and it was a good choice.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $25,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2021, and the relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We were looking for something new, so we didn’t know what we were expecting. However, we’ve had a good experience with them. The interaction has been very agile, and the project is almost done. They deliver quality work quickly and are knowledgeable about their field of expertise. That’s what gives me the idea that this has been a success.
Also, our CEO likes to approve things at a very low level, so there’s been a lot of back and forth. They’ve been very patient, and they’ve managed to convince the CEO of a few changes that they suggested. Actually, they argued with the CEO, and he loved that they showed their knowledge. That’s something I’ve never achieved because he’s very stubborn, so that was very impressive and important.
How did Zgraya Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
I’m 110% satisfied with the project management. Our project manager is amazing.
We created a Slack channel where everyone could interact. They’re very prompt and responsive. We’re in constant communication, and they make changes and come back to us almost instantly, no matter the hours.
Also, they’re very nice people. You can chat and have a laugh with them, which I appreciate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The great thing about Zgraya Digital is that they haven’t just executed what we asked. They actually speak their mind and give their own ideas.
Overall, they’re very knowledgeable in their field. They suggest things from a perspective that sets them apart from other providers I’ve worked with. The UI/UX design and the little development that I’ve seen shows that they know what they’re talking about.
In terms of cost, they’re not the cheapest but they’re worth every penny.
Are there any areas they could improve?
At some point, some of the recruitment stuff wasn’t working out, but it was because they were doing everything as a favor. We didn’t pay a penny for any of it. If they would’ve recruited someone, we would’ve had to pay a fee, but the legal and financial advice was all free.
In general, my experience with them has been very positive. There has never been a point where I felt something wasn’t great. I’m flying to Ukraine next month to meet them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust them. Don’t take them as an outsourced company that just does what you say.

Rebranding Services for Hand Bag & Accessories Retailer
"I'm happy with the results and get a ton of positive reviews from customers. Excellent job."
the reviewer
the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the founder of Ozerianko Bags, a brand of hand-made bags and accessories.
For what projects/services did your company hire Zgraya Digital?
Rebranding for online communication channels (social networks) and printed production like mail cards, certificates, custom packaging, etc.
What were your goals for this project?
I wanted to change the visual style of communication in social networks and come up with a new print design of packaging and inserts.
How did you select Zgraya Digital?
One of my friends had worked with them before and recommended the company. During the project discussion, I was impressed by their approach to working with clients and branding cases.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We did a full brand redesign. Modernized the logotype, designed its 3D version, changed fonts, developed a new visual communication style for social networks. Also, the team created a brand-new design of mail cards, custom packaging, certificates, inserts, and so on.
They also created digital illustrations of my products for social networks and branded stickers. My main request was to create a concept of new branded boxes. Because of COVID-19, we mostly do mail deliveries and it was important for me that customers made great initial contact with the brand.
We solved it by designing custom boxes with branded stickers. And my request was not to grow the cost of new packaging by far.
What was the team composition?
They had three people working on my project. A project manager who oversaw the process from beginning to end. A designer who created the illustrations, packaging design, mail cards, etc. And an art director who helped with branding.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Now we have branding colors and visual components which allows us to keep all communication in one recognizable visual style. It makes us look special compared to the brands with ordinary visuals.
Our customers started to upload unboxing stories on Instagram which works as a great motivator for the team and great native advertising for the brand. The brand itself looks refreshed and more mature now with a clear style and personality.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. My questions and suggestions were addressed the same day I wrote to them. The communication was also great, we used Zoom for meetings and they emailed me with follows ups.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was impressed with their approach and skill. Everyone was very professional and we had a lot of discussion meetings. They paid huge attention to my brand, my customers, and how people reacted to my brand and I was very pleased to hear their suggestions.
For the time we worked together it seemed they’d become a part of my internal team.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I'm very satisfied with the work they did. They were always on point, the team was very professional, and reacted to my feedback extremely fast. I'm happy with the results and get a ton of positive reviews from customers. Excellent job.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of RazomUA, a nonprofit organization. We had a very bad situation in Ukraine with COVID-19 and needing safety equipment for doctors and medical persons like masks. We were coordinating all over Ukraine with over 600 volunteers.
What challenge were you trying to address with zgraya digital?
We needed a website developed to communicate with our volunteers all over Ukraine. The platform would also track hospital needs during COVID-19.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed our website. The final site showed hospitals on a map along with the specific needs of each healthcare location. Volunteers were gathering funds from people and buying a lot of stuff all over the world. It was hard to choose the clinic or the hospital that you’re helping. We arranged three priority levels for very difficult situations, normal situations, and good situations.
They did the design, the mechanics, and the development. We gave the entire project to them. The map is interactive, and we can request or add information easily. The bulk of their work was complete within a week, but they continue working with us to provide quick changes as the severity of the virus intensifies.
What is the team composition?
I communicated with three people. There was a bigger team behind them. We had a few meetings with the people who were making the design and with the people doing the development.
How did you come to work with zgraya digital?
I heard they were very professional and have a lot of success cases. After a first conversation, we had a website very quickly.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started collaborating together in March 2020, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website works perfectly for us. It’s very reachable and informative for people and easy to update on our end. Users find it fresh and navigable. Our volunteers can more easily monitor needs in their regions.
The website was made very quickly. It’s very professional and looks beautiful. They did more than I was expecting. The fact they did it so quickly may have saved a lot of lives.
How did zgraya digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management is amazing. It was above my expectation. They totally caught my requirements and understood what I was looking for.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was impressed by how they understood what I expected and how quickly they delivered. The platform is beautiful and easy to use. It’s more than I expected.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t find a single thing that could be improved. It’s been a perfect collaboration.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Tell them your idea, and they will meet the expectations. Give them freedom enough to make something perfect for you.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of product and design at BlitzApp, which is an e-sports and analytics platform. I’m essentially building an AI for coaching players on how to improve in major competitive e-sports games.
What challenge were you trying to address with zgraya digital?
Initially, we wanted an announcement site as we planned to open a facility for our e-sports team. I later needed help with development and rebranding.
What was the scope of their involvement?
zgraya digital initially worked on the concept, initial designs, and the implementation of our microsite working in WebGL. Their team made a responsive website for announcing the facility.
For the second project, their team first pitched a couple of concepts for my brand strategy. From there, we moved onto logo styles that worked with the concept. Then, we created wireframes and conceptual designs to apply the brand. They then implemented the approved design, polished the UI, and wrote copy.
For the development, they essentially attached a couple of developers to my development team. Their team did frontend development in React to push out mobile optimization. They helped to create our log in design and marketing-based landing pages.
What is the team composition?
We consistently worked with two developers and a project manager. They were able to add or remove developers according to my team’s needs. At the beginning of the project, there was a team of about three designers.
How did you come to work with zgraya digital?
I found them online via design websites. I initially worked with them on my company’s website.
How much have you invested with them?
The first project cost about $25,000 and the second project cost about $50,000 plus the supporting development work.
What is the status of this engagement?
I initially worked together between August–November 2019. On the second project, we worked together between February–August 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They put a lot of effort into building a personal relationship with our team. We felt that we could rely on them for any of our needs.
Their team helped me to rebrand a platform that has over 5 million daily active users. They designed a website for a $50 million e-sports facility, and our influencers who’re associated with the facility have a footprint of about 30 million a month. Those are nice numbers, and I trusted them with the design and development of those projects.
How did zgraya digital perform from a project management standpoint?
The beginning and end of the project were orderly. There was a drop off in the middle because they restructured. When given the room, they coordinated well. Their team was flexible, adding and removing people as my development team needed; that was great.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Valentin (CEO) stood out in his ability to pitch clients. I spoke with a lot of agencies and the time, and their team put together the best presentation and fostered the best conversation. They accommodated my team’s needs. Their team invested in an interpersonal relationship.
Are there any areas they could improve?
About two months ago, their company when through a split. There was a lot of turnover, and their communication suffered. Previously, their team responded to our changes and helped us to implement projects. When communication suffered, I felt that I couldn’t hand them more projects. Now, they have everything back in order.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be absolutely transparent about how you feel. If you’re unhappy, they’ll do their best to fix the situation.

E-Commerce Dev & Consulting for Digital Product Platform

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the founder and CEO of a startup company called Encredibox. The organization is a web-based, e-commerce, digital product platform.
What challenge were you trying to address with zgraya digital?
I had an idea for this company, but I didn’t have the technical expertise to bring my vision to life. I needed a partner that could help make my idea a reality and fill in those technical gaps.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They built the platform for me. They designed the website based on what I described, then did the backend development. They consulted along the way in doing so.
What is the team composition?
The team was broken into two phases—design and development. In each phase, I had a single point of contact, the project manager who ensured the workflow was going accordingly. During the design phase, there were about four people on the team. During the development phase, there were about 4–5 people as well.
How did you come to work with zgraya digital?
I did a search online and looked at references and reviews at a few companies. I chose them because their sample websites were much better than the others I’ve seen. They have a great ability to combine technical look and feel with sharp imagery. They were also competitive on pricing. During the proposal process, they were the only team that brought a mockup that showed how my vision would translate.
How much have you invested with them?
It’s in the $30,000 range.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted May–September 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They delivered within the timeframe in which they said they would. The deliverable matched the vision. It exceeded my expectations. I also felt comfortable taking over the deliverable. I initially had a lot of concern taking over that, but they did a great job of teaching me along the way and providing me with resources to make that transition easier.
How did zgraya digital perform from a project management standpoint?
All the communication was seamless. Even though we were in different time zones, that was not an issue. What I liked best about that team was that they managed me as much as I was managing the project. They made sure that I stayed on task as well, so it was a great partnership.
Meetings went smoothly. We had video conference calls and email was great. They respond within 24 hours.
Project management was very well done. At the beginning of the project, they laid out all major milestones with timelines attached to them. They also included expectations for each portion of the project. We met pretty often and on a regular basis to get the project going. They were flexible with their time as well. Overall, they were on top of everything. They never missed a milestone or deadline.
The way the project was managed allowed all of us to step up.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their ability to anticipate the extra needs required to make the product extraordinary truly stood out. I’m not really a technical person, but they were able to plan ahead to deliver on my vision. They really brought the best out of the project. Between their work quality and project management style, they were great.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, my experience has been great with them. Nothing disappointed me. They did everything they said they were going to.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Really think about your vision and lay it out upfront. Even if you think something isn’t possible, they’re great at finding workarounds.

UI/UX Mobile App Design for Rehabilitation Platform

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and founder of Cognuse Inc.
What challenge were you trying to address with zgraya digital?
We needed someone to do the UX/UI for our native iOS and Android app.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They did the UX/UI user flows and the design of the UI itself. They created wireframes and thought through the navigation of the user interface. Then they gave some feedback on different features and on what would work best.
It was a total of 160-200 hours of development work. We gave them the existing version of the app that had very little design. They did the whole thing from login, core features, profile pages, help, and settings.
What is the team composition?
There are four people that worked on the project.
How did you come to work with zgraya digital?
We looked at a couple of options and were considering someone locally or within our team. We contacted them through LinkedIn and reviewed their portfolio. We started our discussions just before COVID-19 hit and then there was a delay for a few months because we needed more funding. They were patient and we established some trust before we started working with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent €6,000 (approximately $7,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from June–August 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They did a good job. They understood the target group. It wasn’t too fancy or flashy because the color scheme and design needed to be soft Miami colors. There were 3–4 people from our side reviewing it and providing feedback. Everybody is happy with the end result.
How did zgraya digital perform from a project management standpoint?
We had weekly update calls. They were able to hand it over to our native development team that then developed the apps. It was quite seamless. They were on time with no major delays. The development team didn’t have any complaints or hiccups. They stayed within budget.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They delivered just as well as an in-house resource.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, our core team was happy with the result. They delivered on everything we agreed upon.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They were pretty flexible. I’d encourage others to not just take everything from the initial proposal. There’s always room for negotiations.

Landing Page Design Concept & UX Flow for Fintech Company
“The value delivered by zgraya is fantastic.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a co-founder and the CEO of OSOM finance. We’re fintech-focused on the crypto space. We offer a variety of cryptocurrency-related services, from custody to exchange and portfolio management. We’re growing that into a bigger tool, which will allow personal finance management across all asset classes. We’re based in Estonia and are active globally, although mainly in Europe.
What challenge were you trying to address with zgraya digital?
When we started going to market, we were struggling with creating a solid landing page that would allow us to convert users quickly. We iterated through several versions of the landing page, and it would always come back with poor conversion metrics. We were looking to optimize the conversion funnel of our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
zgraya digital created the whole design concept of the web page, including its UX flow and customer journey. Aside from making the page pretty, they helped us think through the sequence in which we should show messages, and how it should all be structured and built out. It was website design, but with a heavy focus on UX.
We did our own development, so zgraya digital just helped us put the concept together.
What is the team composition?
We worked with 4–5 people, including an art director, an account manager, and 1–2 designers.
How did you come to work with zgraya digital?
It was a referral from someone we knew in Ukraine. We’d also met zgraya at a conference, and the combination of the referral and us meeting them in person helped. Their portfolio was really diverse, and we liked it. They were also competitive in terms of price.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent €10,000–€15,000 (approximately $11,800–$17,800 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with zgraya between December 2019–February 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They helped us reorder messages in order to make our value proposition stand out. We had general information, but we didn’t get to the unique selling position (USP) until a few pages down. zgraya helped us reconsider the whole buildup, leading with the USP in a strong way. That’s where they made a strong impact early on in the process.
We had a creative director on our side who was very detail-oriented and tended to focus on small things. zgraya was able to manage our creative director in a good way, helping channel his energy into something proactive. They brought into perspective whether what we were doing would serve our purpose. During every call we had with them, they didn't go back to whether it would be pretty or not — which is all subjective — but to whether it would achieve our goals or not.
zgraya’s focus on the broader business is something I want to highlight. The agencies we’d come across were artsier and more focused on aesthetics, while zgraya focused on how their work would contribute to the bottom line of the business. That was refreshing, and it really stood out to us.
How did zgraya digital perform from a project management standpoint?
We really liked them, and we found them to be quite different from our previous providers. zgraya's approach was to lock things in step by step, whereas the previous providers we used would create a very big concept and ask us to sign off on the whole thing. zgraya moved element by element, which gave us a lot less to digest at once and allowed us to focus on the details, so that we could really think through every item. They guided us on our thinking, making sure that it all came together into something very pretty at the end.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are very focused on the business purpose. While their work is creative and situated in the art domain, it’s clear that zgraya came in not to make art for the sake of art but to help us achieve our business goals. That echoed with everyone in our company that took part in the project, and everyone was impressed with their approach.
Are there any areas they could improve?
This could be seen as a good thing, but I think that they were sometimes too firm in their suggestions. This was minor and not something that would’ve made us reconsider working with them had we known about it beforehand. In hindsight, I can understand why they did it this way. They have the experience to build up a website so that it converts, but it felt like they were inflexible in their approach. I think that it was more to do with the mode of the presentation.
When they have a debate with a client, they can be a bit too firm at times, and they could highlight the business value better. To us, that became obvious only after it was implemented. zgraya could’ve held our hand a bit more when they were suggesting their ideas. Knowing that now, I don’t think we would’ve made a different decision. We’re extremely happy with the work zgraya has done, and we’d work with them again if we had to do it all over again.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
My advice is to really trust zgraya. They have the client’s best interests at hand. This is easier said than done when working with a provider, but the value delivered by zgraya is fantastic.

Company Web Portal Design for Business IT Firm

The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm CMO in a Business IT company with HQ in Tallinn, Estonia. We have about 115 employees. We work both in B2B and B2C, providing cloud solutions such as data storage and data center's design. My area of expertise in digital marketing.
For what projects/services did your company hire zgraya digital?
At the moment of hiring Zgraya digital, we have several inner brands which was not properly related to each other for our customers. Our idea was to create a web portal describing all the structures and goals of our businesses.
What were your goals for this project?
We'd like to make it's more clear for our (potential) customers what's the idea of our company, who's behind the brand, and make a portfolio. Another goal was to create a web page with a modern award-winning design.
How did you select this vendor?
We spent time trying to achieve the goal by in-house resources but the result was not good enough. Then we started to find out 3rd party solution - a design studio with a good portfolio and experienced enough to our plans.
We were looking through 3 proposals and choose this vendor because of the quality of their previous works and innovative ideas they could offer during the negotiation period.
Describe the project in detail.
During the session zero, we received from the vendor an approximate road map with all the meetings and development details we should go through.
During the next meetings, we received a few design examples with research data about current design trends. To be honest, our part was mostly in reviewing mockups and sharing additional information about our company so the vendor could create a unique web page concept from scratch.
As well as the vendor took a part in creating a specific photo set for our team during the first week of cooperation.
What was the team composition?
During the cooperation, there were at least 4 people from the vendor side which I contacted: designer team lead, project manager, designer, content creator. As far as I understood there were developers behind the scene as well. I do not remember any changes in the vendor team back then.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We received positive feedback both from stakeholders and customers. And won three design awards ( by THE CSS DESIGN AWARDS COMMUNITY): ux, ui, innovation.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
There were no problems at all. We always have weekly meetings so we could have all the fresh updates. Punctuality is a strong side of the vendor's team both in simple meetings and on the road map. As far as I remember we did not use any special tools to manage the workflow.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was impressed by such innovative ways of thought in the vendor team. They could find a fresh point of view on trivial issues and offer uncommon solutions.
Are there any areas for improvement?
To be honest, I have nothing to add here.
The company was happy with Zgraya Digital’s work. The landing page was designed well and had good functionality. The team had excellent communication skills, and they were highly responsive. The client was also impressed with their unique designs, which couldn’t be found in other vendors.
