One of my colleagues referred us to Zethic Technologies.

We will provide them with the requirement for our social media channels and e-commerce platform. Zethic will provide us with different creatives like banner images, post images, etc. The team is always available to provide updates through ClickUp and video meetings through Microsoft teams.

It depends on the kind our work we need. Anywhere between 5-8 team members for a single requirement including the project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They have a very efficient team that completes the work on time without hiccups. As in our line of business, we need to be on schedule with our deadline.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us with on-time updates. Most of the feedback was through ClickUp and WhatsApp, but we also had frequent calls on Teams and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by the knowledge the team had about creatives, e-commerce, website design, optimization, etc. We have worked with a lot of agencies in the past but Zethic came out on top with their expertise. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing in particular. They almost always delivered on quality.

We use Zethic Technologies for anything that has to do with our website and React development. They developed the entire website. We told them our business idea and they came up with a few references. 

When we do custom work together, we get the details from the client. Sometimes we give them the sketches and sometimes they come up with their own sketches, a rough diagram, or a PDF. They continue to help us maintain the website and make changes.

There are 15-20 people. We have two points of contact, including a project manager.

How did Zethic Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

When we first started, everything was done through a call or a Zoom call. Once the project started, we wanted everything over email, which we’ve done ever since. We get a response within a day which is good.

Their creativity stands out. When we give them a scenario of what we want designed, they give us multiple formats. Zethic Technologies also gives us feedback on what would be most effective for the website as well.

The overall scope of the project to convert the design files that we gave to a fully functional react app that's compatible with our APIs.

Load time of the pages has reduced a lot and the product has become more intuitive and user-friendly.

Majorly we were using Trello for handing the workflow and it was handled very seamlessly.

They try their best to deliver quality work on time and always ready to go one step extra in recommending solutions as well.

I’m the founder and director of a taxi-hailing app. It’s a tech company that provides a bridge between residents of the Isle of Man with small jurisdictions and local drivers. Taxis are currently very expensive on the island because they operate at a fixed price that’s set by an oligopoly of companies. We strive to break that market up to give independent drivers a chance to make money.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zethic Technologies?

After a failed partnership with another software company, we were seeking the successful completion of our app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team created an Android/iOS app. They integrated the necessary external software into the application. They worked with our inhouse lawyers to ensure the app’s GDPR compliance. Zethic tested the app exhaustively before launch to make sure that the code was impeccable. After completing the app, they’ve stayed on board with us to implement updates.

What is the team composition?

My primary point of contact was Ash (Co-Founder, Zethic Technologies) who managed the project. I didn’t interact directly with the developers, but there was a lot of cooperation between our own teams.

How did you come to work with Zethic Technologies?

I’d worked with one of their developers who was working independently at the time. After they left to create their own firm, I hired another company that couldn’t deliver on their promises. After that experience, I engaged his new company because I trusted their expertise and ability to execute on expectations.   

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around $2,000 every month, so we’ve spent around $12,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We starting working together in March 2019, and the apps are live on both Android and Apple stores. We’re keeping them on board to provide updates and bug fixes for us. I’m happy to keep this relationship ongoing for the foreseeable future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

While the app hasn’t been marketed for full-scale exposure yet, its success has been significant. We’ve gotten great user feedback, from both riders and drivers. The app has a simple and effective design and runs speedily and smoothly. Simply put, the quality of their code is excellent.

How did Zethic Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

My team was in constant communication with theirs; we used Slack to collaborate. Ash was accessible on WhatsApp, which was very useful for me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work is stellar. They’re also able to adhere to their promises; if they say they’ll get something done by Monday, it’ll be done on time. They’d even work on a Sunday to deliver.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I really can’t think of anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them a bit of a free rein. Have some faith in them and give them some freedom to implement suggestions because they really know what they’re doing.
