After a few deep initial meetings to discuss our wants and needs for the new website, we were presented with several designs to review. 

We were able to go back and forth as many times as needed, even to adjust the most extreme and minimal details, always with their total support while providing their best professional advice, until we were happy with the overall look and functionality, and once approved, Zetenta created the complete website for us. Included in this process was web-optimization, various integrations including with our CRM platform, and techincal setup.

One of our primary goals was to increase our organic visibility on search engines. Along with the various content optimizations we are putting in place, having a technically-well-setup website has assisted us in gradually increasing our position for keywords on search engines.

We had a constant dialogue with the Project Management and designer/programmer teams which was consistent and reliable. The team were extremely receptive, willing and helpful. Virtual meetings were also carried out every time we felt we needed additional support. The deliveries were always on time; it was from our side that we used to extend some deadlines because of our last minute, or extremely detailed changes.

Their predisposition to service, their flexibility to adapt to all our requests and changing needs, and the solutions they provide for each challenge in very different areas. We are still and constantly working with them in derivations of this main project or in other side projects. 

They are always totally receptive. They always have time to attend our needs. And one of the most remarkable characteristics that we constantly test is their patience: we knew we were an extremely demanding client and team, but they always delivered in the best way possible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zetenta could have done differently?

We are totally pleased with their service. If we were forced to mention an area of improvement even when we don't believe there is one, it would be perhaps a little more time for quality check in a few deliverables, but knowing our demanding, changing or urgent requests, we feel that this is something either impossible, or that should actually be addressed on our side.

I was hired as an external consultant for Marketing Communications at a Real Estate development company which was leading the TRUMP TOWER project in Punta del Este, Uruguay.

We had to position our main brand -TRUMP TOWER- and generate leads in order to sell the last units, everything following the brand´s promise of "ultra exclusive residences". Punta del Este is one of the most luxurious summer resorts in South America, and the Trump Tower was bound to be an icon in the urban landscape of Punta del Este.

We needed to connect with our audience through social media, strengthen our brand position in all digital channels, so we needed a digital agency capable enough to fully understand our needs and help us decide on substancial matters and strategy decisions.

First, we outlined our marketing goals, which were to sell some of the last units available. Zetenta helped us define our audience and adjust some flaws on our website, besides implementing a digital strategy with ads on Google and social media.

We achieved more almost 4 million dollars in sales, most of them coming from our digital strategies.

hedgit.ai is up and running since June 22, showing an increasing amount of web traffic and new user are periodically signing up in our APP.

Communication flows organically between us. They periodically propose concepts and communication spurs based on our ideas and needs and execute the strategy. Every single one of them on the team is highly expeditious.

They aren't afraid to propose alternatives when they think you are wrong. I found their permanent marketing advice liberating, one less thing to think of, that I know it's being handled right.

Our first objective was to complete a re-branding effort of the company's logo and image. Zetenta advised us through the re-branding process and we were able to come up with new logo that had great acceptance even within the firm employees generating more commitment. As a Real Estate firm, we had no experience in digital marketing, all our real estate projects had traditional marketing strategies including on-site showrooms, printed brochures and advertising in printed newspaper. Our website was outdated and generated no traffic nor leads for property sales. By hiring Zetenta, we outsourced all our digital marketing strategy, with the objective of generating all leads for future sales through digital media and increase the company's and projects presence in media channels were there was no presence at all.

Once we selected the vendor we held several meetings with Zetenta's team to describe the different projects, attributes, prior marketing plans, and objectives to be achieved. Zetenta described the digital marketing alternatives, related costs, advantages & disadvantages of each of the channels and followed with a marketing plan with a description of each of the actions. In one specific project they even hired a film producer and generated a commercial video of the project which went viral in several digital media channels with great success.

The firm's principal (Lucas) is present in every single meeting with our team, together with 2/3 team members, depending on the assignment.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Re-branding process was very successful both internally and with the firm's clients. Modern, fresh look provides a renewed interest in the firm and the projects we develop. Over the years, Zetenta has enabled us to shift from a traditional media strategy to the digital space, where to date most sales leads of real estate property are generated through googleadwords, facebook ads, and the websites developed by Zetenta. Such results were unthinkable when we first started implementing the proposed strategy.

The workflow worked very well thanks to persistent follow up from Zetenta's team to receive input and feedback from our team. Most meetings were in our offices, where the whole team would participate and provide feedback. Zetenta would stick to the timelines proposed initially.

Zetenta had deep knowledge of the Digital Media space, and was very effective in communicating the different tools available for our business, in a language that could be understood by professionals who had little to no exposure to digital channels.

The site has provided new outlets to reach our target consumers, and we hope to continue in 2019 with new and engaging content.

At times, Zetenta’s project manager scheduled conference calls to discuss some bigger items. Their timely responses are helpful and ensure the project is always moving forward.
