Please describe your company and your position there.

I am working with my own company which is 4 years old startup. I am working on various ERP products and web application implementation. I have in house team who is working with me for project implementation but few technology project I have to outsource it with nearer contact. I am holding founder and managing director position with veracious perfect cs pvt ltd.

For what projects/services did your company hire ZeroToOneAspire, and what were your goals?

I hired ZeroToOneAspire for one angular application project where his skill required. This project needs to be done in 3-4 month bases implementation. My goal is to deliver UAT atleast in 3 months.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Sameer mistry who is founder and startup for ZerotoOneAspire company and I am working with him since 5 years with various implementation project.

This project devided into 3 major steps or milestone

1. Detail analysis of project including db structurre planning
2. Development of project
3. Quality assurance and UAT plan

After doing above steps we did deployment of final production db. We used angular for web apllication part , db used with my SQL.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Sameer working with 2 other 2-3 years of exprience developers and whole PM part handled by him. so he is holding whole project management direction part.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This project implementation gives us postive response for lau firm who is using this. Their feedback were so good where we will plan further project with them. Our delivery of this project is very very close to initial ball part and commitment so overall things went so well.

ZeroToOneAspire team work is so good and their work planning is so professional way. They always prefer project agile technology to be implement various part step by step. so things visible so well and gave us much closer forecast. this helped me to deliver project in time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This company is very unique in flexibility part as some requirement added by client after some time like 1 month approx and their team adjusted them self so well to redesign whole project forecast. Normally other company did not allow this kind of things so easily so I really impressed with them on this particular skill.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are startup so they need to learn so many things as per their further journey so I suggested them to increase their team length and direction side to better work exprience other then that they are so well and I am sure they will grow so much better way.

We wanted to build a mobile app for one of our clients in Vancouver. As we only deal into website maintenance we outsourced this work to ZeroToOneAspire.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We search on Google of developers in US for this and also on Linkedin. We found them via linkedin. Their team was good and also they had good portfolio of mobile projects

The app was to be designed for Android . We went through the series of meetings and they designed the sprints for us for the project and assigned us a project manager.

The app development has been completed in January and we are looking soon to start the new phase of changes.

They were very technical with Android development.
