ZappleTech performed comprehensive testing and built automated testing solutions for our apps using TypeScript / Cypress tools. While working on the project, QA engineers identified some software problems and issues, and the development team eliminated them all.

In the beginning, we worked with a team of 5 – a project manager and 4 web QA engineers. After adding mobile product testing tasks, the team quickly scaled up – 3 more QA engineers specializing in automated testing for mobile devices were allocated.

Since we started working with the provider, the number of our satisfied clients has doubled. We do not exclude the credit for this to our doctors. But the feedback we receive from patients about the quality and performance of our apps proves that the vendor team is directly related to our success.

The project is under NDA, so I will omit some details. In general, the process was as follows: we formed the TestDevOps team, agreed on the tasks and selected the optimal frameworks for testing (JavaScript/TypeScript, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, CircleCI and several others), determined the scope of scenarios automation, integrated QA into the development process.

Given the specifics and scale of the project, we decided to settle on 10 QA specialists of different profiles. The team included both test automation engineers, manual testers, tech leads and project manager. This allowed us to cover 100% of test tasks without compromising the quality of bug findings.

Our product released on time without critical and major bugs is the best indicator of successful cooperation. And we're ready to confirm that the experts at Zappletech have fully met our expectations.

One of the features of ZappleTech is the adaptability of the team. We didn't feel uncomfortable introducing third-party experts, and the effectiveness of the cooperation became apparent in the first week of work on the project. It feels like a continuation of our existing team.

Automated testing. We've seen test scenarios automated before, but we haven't seen this kind of mastery. Usually, test case development and testing coverage takes a lot of time. The mastery of marking cool architecture solutions from chosen tools is this company's greatest strength.

And our need was met – exploratory, integration, and regression software testing was performed for our company. Testing was done using Selenium frameworks. We were directly involved in selecting the tool and were guided by its versatility and broad functionality.

Two testers were constantly working on our project, and for any questions, we could contact the personal project manager at any time. That is, three people in total were involved.

It was the first time we outsourced, so we tried to control their every move. What can I say, the team's work was perfectly organized. Clear objectives were set and executed just as well (and most importantly, on time).

We were impressed by the responsibility with which the company approached our project. If something was going wrong, they immediately contacted us and fixed the problem. We worked together to create new test cases to cover all parts of the app. This kind of interaction is very important to work efficiently on the project.

The most important proof of our project's success is the app's high user rating. It means that the end user is satisfied with the product. And this is only possible if all the software components – its scalability, reliability, performance, security, and, of course, the user interface – have been thoroughly tested.

We were constantly in touch – literally, 24/5. And we offered our own reporting system where we could check the project's status anytime.

Zappletech (SDCLabs at the time) consultants did an amazing job supporting Sentral Education engineering team with the design and implementation of regression tests automation. They showed great flexibility in setting up the collaboration process and consistently delivered on planned targets. It is while Sentral team and business were going through significant transformations and growth.

With 1000+ frontend tests created by SDCLabs engineers Sentral got a kick start towards the modern CI/CD process, achieved sub 5 minutes PR merge check build with the very high level of test execution stability. Stability and execution speed of the tests created by SDCLabs helped Sentral team to get great value out of them while working on 2 year-long project of refactoring and cloud migration of the legacy product.

The release process or our application became fast and stable. During promoting new functionality to the production system we were fully confident - our regression suite could detect the issues before our customer. Those were important improvements, we were looking for.
