I’m the sales director at EvaCodes. We’re an organization that does IT development for companies all over the world.
What challenge were you trying to address with Z-IT GmbH?
We hired them to help us with custom software development services for our customers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Z-IT GmbH developed an internal tool for our company that optimizes our internal processes — mainly our hiring and sales processes.

We worked with the project manager and a developer from Z-IT GmbH.
How did you come to work with Z-IT GmbH?
I had a personal relationship with Z-IT GmbH’s owner, which is why I decided to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
I’m not responsible for the payments to Z-IT GmbH, but we spent around $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from January–March 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In the development process, everything was fine but not too impressive. However, what was impressive was the results. As a sales director, the tool that Z-IT GmbH developed helps me operate people on my sales processes every day.
How did Z-IT GmbH perform from a project management standpoint?
We didn’t have any strict deadlines. We just had our scope and what had to be done, and everything on that aspect was fine. The communication was good enough, too.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I sympathized with Z-IT GmbH, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. If we weren’t happy with their services, we wouldn’t have invested money with them. I was really happy with Z-IT GmbH and would use them every day.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’m not sure if there’s anything they could improve.
Any advice for potential customers?
Potential customers need to have and provide a clear scope of what they want. Z-IT GmbH needs to receive clear scope in order to develop products.
