The company provides training for heavy vehicles, meaning trucks, cars, heavy machinery and ancillary services. I manage the social media for Great Heavy Driving School, a company based in Brisbane, Australia.
For what projects/services did your company hire YRSK Marketing & Branding Solutions, and what were your goals?
We engaged YRSK Marketing & Branding Solutions to do our digital marketing, focusing mainly on Google AdWords. We had a kerfuffle with our web hosting company, resulting in our web page not being available. I informed YRSK Marketing & Branding Solutions of our problem. The Company immediately swung into action, organised a team. As a result, our website was back online with a new hosting company.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were recommended this Company by a LinkedIn contact who spoke very favorably of YRSK Marketing & Branding Solutions. A cursory search on the web confirmed that this was a very good and honest recommendation. Google AdWords
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
Google AdWords is not the easiest marketing tool available. Over the last four years we had minimal success with three different digital marketing agencies. We barely managed to recover our ad spend. With YRSK Marketing & Branding Solutions, we have had very good success. We exceeded our sign up targets.

We work mainly with Mr. Swarnendu Paul, Partner, Digital services. We also work with Ms. Anamika, Partner Non digital services, Ms. Sharmila. Senior PPC Marketeer and Mr. Pankaj, Director IT.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our main measurable was the number of students who signed on. We exceeded our the targets we set for ourselves.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Since we work in two different countries, our meetings were almost always on Google Meet. All the meetings commenced on schedule.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The quality of their integrity. They were always upfront with us. If our request could not be delivered they very frankly communicated this. They also gave us very valid reasons for their position.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
At the very outset, they told us of the importance of a web hosting company. We did not heed their advice. Perhaps, they should have been forceful in advising us to change our web host.

We wanted to build a pipeline of leads and ultimately get them to convert. YRSK provided telemarketing services to us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
YRSK generated leads through telemarketing.
What is the team composition?
We had a team of three fulltime people from YRSK. Their owner interacted with me on occasion.
How did you come to work with YRSK Marketing & Branding Solutions?
They were already onboarded when I came to the company.
How much have you invested with them?
The cost was 14 lakh rupees (approximately $19,143 USD) per year.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with YRSK in June 2015. My previous organization stopped working with them in February 2020, due to cost cuts related to COVID-19.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We had a target of two conversions for every 25 leads, which they were able to fulfil. They were a team of dedicated people and they strived to deliver on whatever they committed to.
There were times when they were unable to deliver due to factors beyond their control, but that’s the nature of the business. Otherwise, YRSK was pretty good at what they did, and they delivered.
How did YRSK Marketing & Branding Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
They always met deadlines, and I was relaxed working with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They lived up to their commitments and were dedicated to the work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could hire more people — there’s too much offload on a couple of their members.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Clients will need to handhold YRSK a lot in the beginning, and they should work with the owner of the organization.

We were looking for someone that had experience in the B2B space and quality agents. I looked at around 20 candidates and shortlisted seven, and I went ahead with two of them for a pilot. We found YRSK to be a suitable choice, and they agreed to our terms and conditions.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with YRSK around three years ago.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We evaluate their work based on the volume and quality of the leads they generate. YRSK has the right processes on the B2B front to get the right customers for us quickly. Telecom is a very competitive market, so speed to lead is something we were looking for. YRSK has performed exceptionally well on this front.

We have separate teams for billing, retail, and digital operations. We communicate with their operations team on a day-to-day basis for guidance and support.

We had a rigorous process during the pilot phase, and YRSK met most of our conditions. They’re top of the mark.

They devised a detailed plan which included different steps like branding proposition, material design, marketing campaign plan, and online and offline marketing approach and executed it perfectly. Their detailed and focused digital marketing campaign planning was the stand-out part of the deliverables.

The whole team includes designers, developers and digital marketing consultants.
