Project with Dolls Kill
We were hired to develop a campaign surrounding a new character, or “Doll”, originally called Molly, then changed to Kandi. Our idea to cover her in colors, candy and crazed allure was inspired by the raver lifestyle. Located in a padded cell, recreational drugs were replaced with candy and Kandi’s addiction is being fed. The result was the idea of feeding a girl’s inner party child with the slogan, “Can you hang with Kandi?”
Tasks included: Art direction. Graphics. Storyboarding. Scripting. Branding.

Project with Samsung
Overview
With increased competition from Apple and other Android handset manufacturers, Samsung MENA was looking to increase its market share in the mobile phone market through targeted ads using Search Ads, Social Ads and Programmatic Advertising.
Two agencies were chosen and YouYaa was selected to run Social Ads due to their track record in providing high levels of ROI in high price products.
An initial 6-month time frame was proposed to increase sales and ROI on Samsung’s top-end mobile phones targeted to business users in the MENA region.
Step 1
The target market was defined, the product sets were selected, the ads were designed and a full analytics setup was designed to link in with Samsungs advanced data collection systems with a full feedback loop to ensure extremely high levels of accuracy in consumer data collection.
Total time used = 2 weeks
Step 2
Extensive market research to ensure a complete understanding of the target market's needs and how Samsung products solve their requirements.
A full social media audit was conducted and was cross-referenced with Samsungs in-house data to find high, medium and low priority target sets.
Using this, 9 different ad themes were created to ensure high relevancy and emotional attractiveness.
Total time used = 1 week
Step 3
The campaign featured multiple videos that highlighted the product's design, camera, and long battery life.
One video was released each month and all of them were targeted at men and women in the MENA region.
In the fourth month of the campaign, more traditional video and photo ads about the product were released. These ads were specifically targeted to people who’d engaged with the videos and their lookalike audiences.
Results
Samsung received over 500% ROI and a 17% increase in new business users.

PPC Services for Financial Broking Company
"They understand our vision and run with us."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing director for Reform Financial, a financial broking company. We help other businesses secure their funding and have many lenders.
What challenge were you trying to address with YouYaa?
We wanted to outsource our marketing. We can market in-house, but we’ve been busy. With COVID-19, I lost the previous business, so the last couple of years have been pretty full-on.
What was the scope of their involvement?
YouYaa currently does our PPC and monitors and optimizes the accounts. We started running ads about a month ago; the idea is to roll out on Bing first, which has done well so far. The next move will be Google, and then we’ll start doing all of our SEO and move into social media, which will do more for brand awareness and recognition.
We initially did some Facebook Ads, but it was a lost cause due to the financial sector in our market, so we’ll now focus on PPC. At the moment, we’ve given YouYaa top-level information about the products we provide and the lenders that we have. They build out campaigns, check in with us throughout, and get our input, which is excellent. In summary, they roll the campaigns out for us, and we get constant reporting.
What is the team composition?
I don’t know if it’s regular practice, but having just one point of contact is vital. YouYaa has a team that does Facebook, Google, and Bing, but I only deal with Zeeshan (Performance Marketing Specialist) personally.
How did you come to work with YouYaa?
We had quite a lot of success previously with outsourcing marketing. We came across YouYaa, and they were highly recommended.
How much have you invested in them?
We spend about £2,000 (approximately $3,000 USD) a month and have been happy so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in October 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve previously marketed plenty of times, both in-house and with third parties, and we’ve really noticed a difference with YouYaa. They’ve quickly turned the metrics around and made them positive. It’s pretty noticeable, and we hadn’t done it that quickly before.
On the other hand, we’ve spent about £800 (approximately $1,000 USD) in a month on ads, and the return has been about £60,000 (approximately $82,000 USD). It’s a decent return, so they’re doing a great job.
Also, one of the things that was beneficial about them was that Zeeshan did a noticeable amount of extra work before we pulled the trigger to work with them. We really appreciated that, and he’s been accommodating and sincere throughout the project. All in all, he’s been great and responsive, which is also important.
How did YouYaa perform from a project management standpoint?
We have a weekly meeting where we go through cost per acquisition, cost per click, and all of the granular metrics that marketers use. However, the metrics that are important to us are how quick and responsive they are. In that sense, they usually respond to a WhatsApp message within minutes. Also, anytime we’ve asked him a question, Zeeshan has been very detailed at getting back and understanding of what we’re looking for. To his credit, he understands that we aren’t up to speed with that area and always explains stuff in a way that we understand.
We usually communicate through Google Meet and WhatsApp.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’ve known Zeeshan for a while now, and he has always done exactly what he says he’ll do. In fact, he has done more than that — it’s just really noticeable.
Another reason we’re so happy with YouYaa is that they’ve worked for free. When we started running the Facebook Ads, we mentioned that we wouldn’t do anything for a couple of months while we waited for the investment. He said that if we put the ad spend in, he would do it, which was cool. Also, it allowed us to get some brand awareness going and a few metrics and data in the background.
Moreover, I’m insanely busy at the moment, so it speaks volumes that I’m able to review them just because they’ve done such a good job. They understand our vision and run with us. They’re also very personable, and we don’t have to nag them, which is fantastic.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, there isn’t anything. Time will tell with that kind of thing, but they’ve done everything they said they would so far. Additionally, they worked for free initially, which not many people do.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Just pick up the phone and see if you get along with them. If you read any reviews about them, everyone says that same thing, particularly about Zeeshan. He’s a great guy and works really hard — what else could you want?

Go-To-Market Strategies for Digital Agency
“They’re very proactive, and they always give their best.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Wimm, a digital agency that focuses on nontraditional founders who are starting or growing their digital products.
What challenge were you trying to address with YouYaa?
We had a lot of partners, but we were looking for strong partners on the growth marketing side.
What was the scope of their involvement?
YouYaa presents to my clients as part of my firm, and their scope varies from client to client. They’re in charge of everything marketing-wise, from talking to my clients about go-to-market strategies around PPC and organic SEO to actual content creation, depending on the clients’ needs. YouYaa also creates and manages Facebook and Google ads, and we use the analytics platforms to track their performance.
What is the team composition?
I mainly communicate with Zeeshan (CEO & Performance Marketing Specialist), and he manages all his team internally.
How did you come to work with YouYaa?
I was reached out to by Zeeshan, and we had a one-on-one meeting. What made me chose to work with him was the relationship that he built. He was very communicative, and there was a lot of trust involved. For me, YouYaa’s personal interaction and customer service were good differentiators.
How much have you invested with them?
I don’t pay them directly; they just bill the clients through us, and I add a small fee on top of their price. So far, we’ve worked on projects for around $50,000–$200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around October 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We look at our clients’ cost of acquisition and conversion rates; those are our success metrics.
How did YouYaa perform from a project management standpoint?
YouYaa’s project management is wonderful, and they’re a wonderful partner. Zeeshan is very communicative, and he always meets the deadline. Whether we’re speaking with each other or directly with a client, they’re very reliable and on point.
Clear communication is YouYaa’s forte, and they’re always thinking about what we need to do next. Additionally, they always have the willingness to jump on a call and answer questions at any time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
YouYaa goes above and beyond for their customers; they offer a true partnership. They’re very proactive, and they always give their best. For example, they come back to me with suggestions and advice beyond what I asked for.
They also understand very well what’s involved in long-term growth and relationship building. As we work with more clients, we’re more and more on the same page, as if we were part of the same company. We definitely have a strong partnership.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have any suggestions for YouYaa’s improvement but rather an area of opportunity that they could work on. Marketing and product UX are two different realms, but in reality, they end up going together. It would be good if YouYaa had a better understanding of product UX so that their efforts and my efforts could be more cohesive.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Treat them as if they were part of your internal team. They’re great at doing due diligence and reaching out to you for constant check-ins, but switching your mentality about them being a service provider to them being part of your team will work really well for you and help the relationship be more seamless.

Lead Generation for Marketing & Coaching Company
"The deadlines we set are always met and they work hard in getting the results that we expect."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
The core of what I do is conduct a number of workshops with companies and startups, to help them adapt to the changing environments so they can have a strong foundation for growth.
What challenge were you trying to address with YouYaa?
I have a lot of work from partner organizations and through that, I’m building my own pipeline — so I was looking for someone to help me with lead generation.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The main idea for our partnership is concentrated on LinkedIn outreach, so YouYaa helped set up the whole process — we built automated connection requests with targeted segments in different countries and different LinkedIn profiles to generate conversations. We’ve also been doing a number of different campaigns and at some point, we’ve generated up to 3–4 conversations a week.
Recently, we’ve been working on a new segment starting in the UK and once that’s done, we’ll move on to the US.
What is the team composition?
I’ve only been working with Zeeshan (Performance Marketing Specialist), but I know the work that’s being done is a group effort.
How did you come to work with YouYaa?
He reached out to me through LinkedIn. We did a number of Zoom calls and liked their human approach so we started working together. They have the right balance of volume and quality because if you personalize too much, it’ll take up too much time.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested somewhere between $15,000–$20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership started in November 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The main metrics are the number of conversations initiated. I find them reactive and proactive in moving the project forward, and they’re very transparent with the process.
How did YouYaa perform from a project management standpoint?
The deadlines we set are always met and they work hard in getting the results that we expect. They’re also very available so we would be in contact regularly to see what’s being done and the results we get.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciate their expertise and we like that they’re very empathic and never pushy. The only times when we would lag behind is when I would miss something on my end.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’re based in Switzerland and some of the work I do is in French. However, I can’t really complain that they don’t have the same skills in French as they do in English, so I don’t have anything to put here.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
When working with startups, there’s no magical solution and it’s all about perseverance. You have to go into the partnership knowing you’re building a process and expertise, so you’re not just pushing a button and expecting to get instant results.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Tapoly, an on-demand insurance company. We’re also a technology provider for the insurance industry.
What challenge were you trying to address with YouYaa?
We needed help with digital marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
YouYaa acts as our digital marketing consultant, so they help us in improving our digital marketing strategy. Their work involves identifying how we can create traffic in a cost-effective way and how should implement our PPC strategies. In addition, they look at our entire marketing strategy so that they can find ways to assist us in getting leads that we need without having to pay a lot of money or without going down the traditional Google PPC route. Sometimes, they also create our campaigns.
On one occasion, we told them that our cost-per-click (CPC) was too high and we asked them to find solutions so that we could reduce it. After that, they've reviewed our campaigns and gave their suggestions and analysis. YouYaa’s work is done remotely and in person, and all their recommendations are implemented by our internal team.
What is the team composition?
I predominantly work with Zeeshan (Performance Marketing Specialist). We have our own marketing digital team in-house, but he is one of the experts we brought in to help with advisory and consultancy. In some cases, he does some of our work for us.
How did you come to work with YouYaa?
Zeeshan was at a co-working space that we had, and he connected with one of my admin teams who then introduced him to me. We worked with him because he was very knowledgeable and he had a great understanding of our business.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $10,000–$20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2019, and it’s an ongoing partnership.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We measure the success of our PPC, and thanks to them, we’ve seen our PPC costs coming down significantly when they started working for us. Overall, we’ve seen a great improvement in our digital marketing efforts.
How did YouYaa perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication skills are fantastic, and we don't have any problems because they're capable of delivering our requirements. In fact, Zeeshan has been very timely and talented. He really acts as a professional project manager. In addition, he communicates the milestones we need to finish to ensure that we don’t face any problems.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Zeeshan’s expertise, reliability, and professionalism stand out. He’s very well-spoken and able to explain things in a clear and simple manner. Moreover, he knows what he’s doing and does what he says.
Are there any areas they could improve?
He has done everything very well. I’ve never thought about what he can improve to make our partnership better.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Zeeshan can immediately add value to your business. You only need to give him access to your tools. In our case, rather than telling him what we need, we tell him our problem so that he can identify solutions to our issues. Overall, if you want to work with him, you need to give him a realistic target.

Digital Marketing Strategy for Fintech Startup
"YouYaa can anticipate our needs and move forward."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the COO at Citizen Shareholders, a nonprofit. We’re a brand-new startup creating a new financial platform that enables shareholders on different resolutions.
What challenge were you trying to address with YouYaa?
We were looking for someone to take care of our digital marketing. We needed to make ourselves known, and we didn’t know how to make ourselves look professional.
What was the scope of their involvement?
YouYaa is in charge of our whole digital marketing, including content development, social work, and different partnerships. They’ve taken our strategy from point zero to where we are.
They currently manage our Google and Facebook Ads, and they’re building our website and social media. Since we’re going out to investors, YouYaa is also helping us market ourselves. We’re growing and learning with them.
What is the team composition?
I don’t know how many people are working on our project. Zeeshan (CEO) is my main point of contact — he’s the one giving us reports and figures. He has a fascinating background, and he’s lived all over the world, including Canada, the Middle East, and China. He’s able to reach more people for us.
How did you come to work with YouYaa?
We’re based in Level39, a coworking space in London for financial startups, and Zeeshan is a mentor there. He was mentoring two other startups on our floor, and I was pretty impressed with their marketing.
We had a cup of coffee together and discussed our business. Meeting someone in person does more than a Zoom call, and I liked his happy, smiling attitude. His proposal was great, but I appreciated the little extra he put in. He made himself stand out from other people.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve paid them around £2,000 (approximately $3,000 USD) per month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in November 2020. Right now, I’m trying to have them do even more for us. I’d have them full-time, but we’re a small startup, so it’s not possible.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We were going very slowly because of COVID-19, and YouYaa managed to up our game. Now, we’re on an excellent track, and part of our success is associated with YouYaa’s work.
They’re doing an amazing job helping us present ourselves. They’re building our brand and advertising and making us look attractive to investors. In the end, having a good product is what matters. However, presentation is everything in this world, and they’re creating everything we put out there.
Right now, we’re in the middle of the work, and we’ve been seeing results for the past month. Our website will be out in a couple of weeks, and the MVP will come out in 1–2 months. We’ve gone from nothing to having something, but we’re not there yet.
On the other hand, the price isn’t as low as what we want, but they’ve provided good value for their work. Zeeshan never counts hours; he’s more than what we could ask for.
How did YouYaa perform from a project management standpoint?
I work with teams across the world, but I’m not a native English speaker, so working with people can sometimes be challenging. However, YouYaa is amazing at working with us.
We have catchup meetings, and they’re always on time with a smile. The work is brilliant, but working with a person is also important, and Zeeshan can deliver that. Once, I had to travel to Singapore, and he woke up to do a call with me at 4 a.m. They meet deadlines ahead of time and give me daily email updates, which I’d never experienced before. I always had to chase them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have great attention to detail, and they know what needs to be done without us saying it. YouYaa can anticipate our needs and move forward.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It’d be good if they had a bigger team, but there isn’t something I could say in particular. I’m really happy with their work.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
You should be straightforward with them. YouYaa does great work, and they don’t mind iterating. Zeeshan is open, and he listens well to feedback.
