Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of an implementation services company. We work with several companies to figure out their business and architect a plan to solve any problem that they may have.
What challenge were you trying to address with YouDigital.com?
Our clients constantly need to use technology for their business transformation, so we wanted a partner to help us enhance those services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
YouDigital.com deliverables include updates to custom code for our platform. They’ve also helped us in support with creating coded dashboards and reports. We lean on them for any best practice advice regarding coding and general recommendations before starting a project.
We’ve been working with them on a retainer, so they currently provide support, maintenance, and assistance with other projects that may arise.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with around ten people from their team, including their CTO and analytics experts.
How did you come to work with YouDigital.com?
We were looking for a partner and found several companies, but we chose YouDigital.com because they seemed like they properly understood our needs, were critical thinkers, and responded quickly with thought. They stood out from other providers, so we gave them an initial project, which they crushed, so we’ve been working together since.

We started working together in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve tracked their work, and the standard deviation for any project where they’ve been involved has been near zero, which is insane. We’ve collaborated on over 100 projects, and they’ve always been great — they’re just what we need.
How did YouDigital.com perform from a project management standpoint?
Everything has been timely and punctual. In terms of tools, we use Monday.com.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m picky for service providers, and I feel comfortable sending work to them because I know there’s always someone from their team ready to take it. It’s a sense of security being able to rely on them to work with us and look for solutions for our business. Also, the rest of our team loves them too, and that’s important as well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’d like them to grow their staff to give them even more work.
Any advice for potential customers?
I recommend people to work with them. They have good customer service and are flexible. Also, they’re good at communicating and understanding what you want. Overall, be confident in their selection; they’re awesome.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of a law office that helps people file appeals for denied state benefits in California.
What challenge were you trying to address with YouDigital.com?
We were trying to scale up to capture more customers since we’re a volume-based business. We brought in YouDigital to set up our Salesforce.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had a broad idea of what we needed to be done, going into the project, but we relied on YouDigital’s expertise to execute it while staying within the allocated budget. We set goals and landmarks and got everything organized before they went into actual development.
YouDigital programmed a brand new procedure for handling incoming clients and onboarding them. They streamlined this complex process since it involved multiple people in different departments.
At every milestone, they provided me information and examples of what they’ve finished. The team also made it live for me and actual clients to try and give feedback on. They then took that feedback and made improvements until the system was perfected and workable.

I worked directly with Maciej (CTO & Co-Founder).
How did you come to work with YouDigital.com?
YouDigital was recommended to me back in 2017–2018. I decided to give them a try since they seemed to really know what they were talking about.

We spent around $15,000–$20,000. We initially had a limited budget, but we expanded it at every stage as I was able to take up more clients.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began our partnership around the end of 2017. We continued our engagement sporadically to make some changes, adjustments, or fixes to the system.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
YouDigital has created a really amazing and useful Salesforce process for us. It has helped us sign up all of the clients that we’re enjoying today. We’ve moved from being a company that trains 4–5 people per week to being an organization that signs up to 45 per week.
How did YouDigital.com perform from a project management standpoint?
YouDigital was always incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. They were also willing to work within our budget and rework our goals accordingly, which was huge. I was able to gradually parlay whatever income I had because they broke down the project into steps. They helped me accomplish something that I couldn’t initially afford and I could not be happier with our partnership.
We communicated via email and sometimes through Skype.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The most impressive thing about YouDigital was their professionalism and reliability. A good 99.99% of companies out there provide one-size-fits-all solutions to their customers, which isn’t good. YouDigital, however, didn’t superimpose our project into a ready-made template. They didn’t just want to close a deal with us; they truly sought to provide a solution that addressed our needs.
They told us what they could and couldn’t do within our budget and we ended up with a completely customized, high-quality product that actually works.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything. I was very happy and satisfied and I wouldn't have done anything differently.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Spend a lot of time defining what you're trying to accomplish and explain it to YouDigital as best as you can. Don't limit yourself to your budget, even if what you’re looking to implement is going to be very expensive, because they will help you figure out how to make it happen incrementally.

What challenge were you trying to address with YouDigital.com?
We were looking for salesforce development through custom management software.
What was the scope of their involvement?
YouDigital.com provides project-level and ad hoc support whenever we need to support salesforce operations. Whenever we need something done, we send them requirements, go on to review them, and they’ll go off and do the development work. They also have access to our system, where they work in our sandboxes, and we proceed to do the user acceptance testing afterward. If everything is working after that process, we promote the changes to our production system.
They mainly enhance and create the functionality within our salesforce application, with specific capabilities that require customization. They improve processes and assist in reporting any situation that presents to our business.

In terms of communication and meeting deadlines, they’re okay. Jira is our main communication platform and ticketing system, and we also use email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their team is full of nice and humble people trying to do a good job. If there’s a problem, they’re able to communicate. They’ve never been aggressive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t know if there’s something they could do better. I couldn’t give my full attention to them because of other projects, so sometimes, they would have to push me for a response.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I’d tell them to give YouDigital a try. They collaborate well, and they approach issues in a nice way. We never had a problem discussing it if something was taking too much or if there was a problem with bugs.

Describe the project in detail.
The objective was to replace a combination of self-developed CRM and various MS Excel tables with a proper scalable CRM solution.
What was the team composition?
A business consultant who gathered and evaluated all client requirements and a developer who was responsible for implementation and technical advisory. They were supported also by a project manager who took care of timely delivery and reported anything that required our attention.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Thanks to the central database, no information is lost. Sales Cloud enabled introduction of a structured sales process and brought transparency to the work of the sales staff. Sales employees save more time through automation of recurring tasks. 2 times faster realization of orders. ability to process more orders from clients–on average by 23 per cent.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
There was a dedicated project manager who ensured that the agile methodology is executed properly. Thanks to her work we and YouDigital had no problems with meeting deadlines. If there was any potential issue or threat to the delivery it was communicated very soon and in the right manner. Without a PM this project would take longer to complete.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They possess the ability to quickly deliver what they promised. They have a team of very skilled and knowledgeable consultants and developers who can offer advice about best solution for him. YouDigital team is also very flexible and able to work with challenging and changing requirements.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We do not see such right now.
